This luxurious newly remodeled lakefront home is located in Jonestown. Our four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms “A” framed home is 2800 sq. ft. with all new furnishing and needed amenities. It is three levels with the main living area on the second floor with an awesome view of Lake Travis. This level has the living area with a plasma big screen TV on the floor to ceiling wall of windows. Also on this level is the kitchen, two dining areas, bathroom, two bedrooms and the major deck that extends around the house. The third level has the loft with a great bird’s eye view of the lake and the marina, along with another bedroom and bathroom. The bottom level is a great room with the pool table and two sets of bunk beds, the laundry room with washer/dryer and the 2 car garage with a cobblestone drive way.
Our amenities make our home, your home away from home with decks off each bedroom, large stainless steel barbecue pit with picnic benches on major deck, plasma big screen TV with cable, wireless internet, billiards table and two 30' slips for your boats. We top this off with the breathtaking views and a large shaded yard.
Located next door is the Easy Street Marina where they have a complete list of boat rentals. They have gas available for your boat and indoor fishing.
From the lake - Jonestown Marina Home is located on the Sandy Creek Arm of Lake Travis. Turn north from the main channel at Starnes Island. Follow the Sandy Creek Channel to the left at Sandy Creek Park and the marina will be on your left. We are 10 minutes from "Devil's Cove".
Driving directions - From Austin, take Hwy 183 north past Hwy 620 (Lakeline area) to Cedar Park. Turn left at Hwy 1431 and go west approximately 8 miles from 183, through Jonestown, to Easy St., which is after you pass through Jonestown. Turn left on Easy St. and the house is on the left before you reach the dead end into the parking lot of the marina.
