This 1500+ square feet condominium is completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and all linens, towels, etc. The condominium will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. No pets or smoking allowed. If needed, 24 hour emergency help from our management company is a phone call away.
This completely renovated tiled second floor unit has three bedrooms, with king size beds in the master bedroom and #2 bedroom and twins in #3 bedroom. The kitchen features all new appliances, new cabinets and sehl-stone countertops. All three bathroom showers have been retiled and also boast new cabinets and countertops. There is a double sleeper sofa in the living room. The condominium sleeps up to 8 and has 3 full bathrooms with a covered porch overlooking the just refurbished swimming pool and Atlantic Ocean.

We just returned from a 4 day stay at this property and loved it! It was very clean and the lay out was perfect. The owners were fabulous to work with and everything was perfect. I would stay here again without thinking twice!

Our family stayed at this property over July 4th week in 2010 and just loved it! Very tastefully decorated and clean. The owners were wonderful to work with as well. Easy pool or beach access. Would recommend to anyone.
