Outside of Harbrooke Downs Complex - Alabama Travel Our fully furnished condo offers a change of pace from cramped hotel rooms in Tuscaloosa. We have 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds and a full size Sleeper Sofa. The condo also has Two Bathrooms and is fully stocked with kitchen supplies for all your tailgating preparations. All bed linens and towels are supplied. We also offer cable television in each room and DVD/VCR players for your use. The complex also has a pool and tennis courts available to guests. Just one mile from Bryant Denny Stadium, this Two Bedroom Two Bath condominium offers a convenient location near the heart of the University of Alabama campus. Located at the intersection of 10th Avenue and Hargrove Road the stadium is a straight shot making for a quick drive or 15 minute walk. Our condo is strictly a non-smoking unit. Additional fees will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found. We do allow pets on a case by case basis. Rental age is 25 and older. For Football Weekends we offer a flat rate rental price. Our rate is $1200/weekend and you can stay up to 4 nights! Come in early or stay a few days after the game. Football Weekends for 2008 are 9/06 - Tulane, 9/13 - Western Kentucky, 10/04 - Kentucky, 10/18 - Ole Miss, 11/01 - Arkansas State, 11/15 - Mississippi State, 11/29 - Auburn Our condo is also available as a furnished rental daily, weekly, or monthly/semester based throughout the year. If you wish to rent monthly the rate does not include electricity or linens and this rate is not available during the fall. Our flexible monthly/semester based rental is an excellent option for transfer, co-op, or other students who wish to avoid a full year lease. Tuscaloosa offers many other attractions in addition to football Saturdays in the Fall and we are available for rentals throughout the year. Please let us know your interests/tastes and we will be happy to provide a list of activities, places to see and great restaurants around town! We accept Credit Cards through Paypal, Checks and Money Orders. A $200 deposit must be placed to hold your reservation with full payment due 30 days before arrival.
