Welcome to this bright, cheerful, clean, and comfortable nonsmoking condominium that is just steps to the beach and a short walk to boardwalk. Views of both ocean and Carolina Beach Lake and walking trail. Fully equipped kitchen and washer dryer in the unit. Queen-size bed in bedroom, built-in twin bunk beds in the hall alcove, and queen-size sleeper sofa in living room, accommodating 5-6.
Fully equipped kitchen with full-size stove and oven, refrigerator with icemaker and water filter, sink and garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, glassware (including wineglasses), and other needed utensils.
Unit has washer-dryer, local phone service, cable television in living room and bedroom, high speed internet with wireless, DVD and VCR players, stereo, and assigned covered parking. The bathroom has both tub and shower. Housekeeper prides herself on keeping this unit clean. The galley kitchen is open to the living and dining area and has a bar area with seating. The condo is fully equipped for cooking and dining--everything you need for a home away from home.
Stroll or jog on the lake's walking trail or rent paddle boats or canoes. Visit other nearby sites such as the Fort Fisher Civil War Museum and the North Carolina Aquarium. A mile away, the Kure Beach pier is a great place to fish or watch fishermen pull in their catch. The thriving port city of Wilmington, NC, is about 15 minutes away and has the Historic Riverfront District with its unique restaurants, shops, walking tours, tour bus rides, carriage rides, and riverboat cruises. Also, Wilmington is home to the USS North Carolina WW II Battleship Memorial and ScreenGems movie studios, where One Tree Hill is filmed.

Why the Owner Chose Carolina Beach
I love the ocean view and the lake view, a feature unique to this condo. And Wilmington is close by, so this unit offers a beach life with city amenities, including a well known university.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This property is in a great location at Carolina Beach. It has an ocean view and is a few steps to the beach and an easy walk to the boardwalk. The unit is across from Carolina Beach Lake, where you can stroll, jog, or take a paddleboat or canoe out on the lake. The condo is also close to the NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher, Kure Beach pier, the Southport ferry, and a variety of shopping and dining experiences. But you don't have to drive anywhere unless you really want to.

What a wonderful week we have had! Thank you so much for sharing your cozy condo. It quickly became our home away from home! We had several unique experiences from visiting with our daughter in Wilmington, touring the “haunted” Battleship and seeing a movie being filmed right here!! We went to the beach every day, Ft. Fisher, Southport, Brunswick town, and ate way too much. Highly recommend the ferry ride. Your condo is in the perfect location and you have thoughtfully provided for our every need. My husband and I cannot thank you enough for opening your home to us! Our stay was perfect! We had wonderful weather and I felt like I was at home with all the conveniences you provided for us. Most importantly, I was able to spend time with my son. Family is everything! We were able to visit the Ft. Fisher Aquarium (highly recommended!) and take a horse and buggy ride to tour downtown Wilmington (also highly recommended!) I went home with so many seashells, we had to think repacking the car. Now I will be thinking about how to lose the weight I gained from all the incredible food we ate (we took everyone’s suggestions!). This has become our go-to place to stay when we are able to return. Again, thank you for everything.

What a beautiful place to spend a vacation! This condo was a dream—-so welcoming and pleasant with everything necessary to make our stay pleasant! The beach is so beautiful, as is the lake. We celebrated our anniversary at Jack Mackerel’s (delicious!), had great food at a place on the boardwalk and enjoyed every moment here! We hope to return here again someday!

I was reluctant in renting a property on-line, However Rhonda put our mind at ease. She is warm, inviting, helpful and just a really honest sweet person. Her Condo reflects that, everything you could need to make a wonderful vacation was thought of. Kitchen is complete with everything you need from glass dishes to plastic cups for the kids. Living room has access to a private balcony which you can view the Ocean in the morning with coffee, and the Master-bed room balcony overlooks the lake for beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine. We had two small childern age 3- 5 that loved the bunk beds, and kids games, movies and DVD & VCR that is available and the open area between the kitchen and living room, we didn't feel crowded. This condo is in a perfect location for a family vacation. There are plenty of things to do, as if the beach wasn't enough! We rented paddle boats on the lake, walked to Amusement park, and broadwalk less then three blocks away. But still a quiet area to relax, pool was refreshing and maintaned. Neighbors friendly, just had such a great time. I will go back but for longer this time because this is remarkable place to spend a safe vacation and some down time and to have fun! This is our third year staying at your condo and it gets better every year. This time we celebrated the fourth of July and my daughter's 10th birthday, and my other daughter volunteered at Fort Fisher Aquarium for her third year. Our girls will stay nowhere else. The convenient location with the lake on one side and the ocean on the other is hard to beat. We can always count on a nice, clean place to stay and hope to make it back next summer.

We had a great time staying at your condo. Loved your decor. We enjoyed eating our breakfast and lunch out on the back balcony.The pool was refreshing and the area was very relaxing and friendly. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the fun activities at the boardwalk. We had fun playing at the beach and walking/renting paddle boats at the lake. We visited the zoo, the aquarium, and spent an afternoon at downtown Wilmington. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

We had a pleasant stay at your condo. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. We love the location to lake, ocean, and boardwalk. Our two boys (4 and 6) slept great on the pull-out couch. Wish we could have stayed longer so I could have finished a "borrowed" book! Thanks for some great family memories.
