Two beautiful views: ocean views from the living room deck and views of the lake and walking trail from the bedroom deck. Both decks have patio furniture for relaxing and enjoying meals or beverages. The beach is a few steps away and can be accessed by 2 nearby public walkways. Newly refurbished Carolina Beach boardwalk is 3 blocks away. This home has a fully equipped kitchen, its own washer-dryer, full cable television in both living room and bedroom, and high speed internet with wireless. The bathroom has both tub and shower. The condo is clean when you arrive, and departure cleaning (a $70 value) is included in the listed rental price.
Other features include central air conditioning and central heat, DVD players in living room and bedroom, stereo and VCR player in the living room, free local telephone service, high speed internet and wireless, and assigned covered parking. The galley kitchen is open to the living and dining area and has a bar area with seating. Also, besides beachstrolling, sunbathing, and collecting shells, other activities to enjoy include nearby cultural sites such as the Fort Fisher Civil War Museum and the North Carolina Aquarium. A mile away, the Kure Beach pier is a great place to walk on watch fishermen pull in their catch.
The thriving port city of Wilmington, NC, is about 12 miles away and is a great place to visit. Enjoy the Historic Riverfront District with its unique restaurants, shops, walking tours, tour bus rides, and carriage rides. Boat cruises on the river are also available as well as tours of the USS North Carolina WW II Battleship or ScreenGems movie studios, where One Tree Hill is filmed.

Why the Owner Chose Carolina Beach
This is a beautiful beach a couple of hours near where I grew up. It's also close to Wilmington and the historic district. I have many wonderful memories of my visits to this beach over the years.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
This property is in one of the best locations at Carolina Beach. It has a beautiful ocean view and is a few steps to the beach and a few blocks to the boardwalk. It's across from Carolina Beach Lake, which has a walking trail and paddleboats and canoes to rent and is lit during the holidays. The condo is also close to the NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher, Kure Beach pier, the Southport ferry, and a variety of dining and shopping.

We love the beach and ocean: hearing crashing waves and calls of gulls and pelicans as they soar over the ocean, collecting shells, viewing sunrises over the ocean, sipping coffee while strolling the beach during early morning, watching sunsets or sunrises over the blue ocean horizon as far as the eye can see, strolling on the beautiful white sandy beach, visiting the local Tikki Bar and Ocean Grill as well as the boardwalk (with melt-in-your-mouth Britt's donuts), and eating fresh seafood.
