It’s a four bedroom two bathroom house with a hot tub in the back yard. This house sleeps 10 people with three queen size beds and 4 twin beds.
This house is beautifully furnished with leather couches, and new wood dining table with setting for six at the table and four more at the counter. Kitchen has granite counters, Jenn-Air cook top with grill. Private Hot Tub in the back yard under the trees and the stars. For your entertainment there is cable TV, wireless internet sevice in living room.
This home was recently (2011) remodeled with new midnight black granite counters, hand stained wood cabinets, tile floors, new plush carpet, new leather counches, tables, chairs, mattress and all new interior and exterior paint.
The location is at the "Y" close to the Tahoe Keys, Camp Richardson, Emerald Bay and Lake beaches. All kinds of activities dining, casinos, golf, tennis, boating, skiing, hiking, etc.

I moved from the Aspen Valley in Colorado and found LAKE TAHOE to be one of the world’s sanctuaries. It’s beautiful and there is so much to do. The winters are beautiful and the summers pristine. Snow skiing, water skiing, hiking, boating, fishing, music concerts, casino, dining it’s endless fun. I also lived in Santa Cruz, Ca where the mountains meet the sea and it’s another special place. I am so lucky to have a home in both places.
This is my second home that I have for vacation rental and ski lease. Holiday’s are always a
fun in Tahoe with friends and family. It is rented for 5 months in the winter as a ski lease and I use it in the summer and rent it as a vacation rental and on holidays.
