Welcome to Seven Sundays, a fine turn-of-the-century Victorian Cottage located in beautiful, historic Thousand Island Park, NY.
Location: Thousand Island Park is located on Wellesley Island, just a 10-15 minute drive to Alexandria Bay or Clayton, a half hour to Watertown, or to Gananoque, Ontario, and an hour to beautiful Kingston, Ontario.
The Cottage: Located right on the green, with a spectacular view of the beautiful St. Lawrence River and shipping channel. 150 yards to the main dock and pavilion, for swimming, fishing, and sunbathing. Classic cottage features original wooden wainscoting, with a mix of antique furniture and modern amenities. The cottage features five bedrooms (full beds) and a sleeping porch (convertible twin beds), a screened-in dining porch, and lots of other nice amenities.

- Cottage located on 'the green', with a spectacular view of the St. Lawrence River. Cottage is walking distance to restaurants, library, church, grocery, post office. Free weekday community activities include story hour (young children) and recreational morning sports (older children and teenagers). Sailing and kayaking lessons offered through Thousand Island Park Yacht Club. Community offers weekly yoga, an excellent massage therapist, and many other activities. An excellent nature center with hiking trails is located a short drive (or a slightly long walk) away.

- Pet Friendly: well-behaved, quiet pets (due to close proximity to neighbors) are allowed with advanced permission for $50 weekly fee. Renters are asked to pick up after their pets.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$2500/week 'High Season' (Late June through August).
$1600/week before the last weekend in June or after Labor Day.
Weekend rates available in 'high season' .. $400/night ($1200 minimum).
Weekend rates available in Spring and Fall .. $250/night ($750 minimum).
50% deposit required to reserve property
We accept checks, bank checks, money orders, paypal (renter absorbs paypal fees).
