Why the Owner Chose Summer Breeze
Summer Breeze is a very nice complex. The area is very quite and relaxing. There is a public beach and restrooms across the street.Destin is a beautiful place with the whitest beaches.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I enjoy setting on the balcony in the mornings having coffee, and in the evenings watching the sunset.
After a day at the beach, when the sun goes down setting in the hot tub and relaxing.
We have a private balcony, on the second floor, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, pool and hot tub.
Across the street from Summer Breeze is a Park with bathrooms. The life guards also set up in front of the bathhouse on the beach.
Good Restraunt on the beach. Set inside or out, with live music in the afternoons on the deck. I enjoy the raw oysters, tuna dip and much more.

I enjoy living in Destin. When I get to travel, I like staying in a condo that is comfortable, clean and a good location. This is the way I keep our condo.

We have stayed at this condo numberous times and we love it. The condo is very clean, convenant, great view of the beach, pool and hot tub. Very kid friendly. We will always stay at this condo in Destin.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

My family stayed at 205 Summer Breeze and we really enjoyed ourselves. The unit is very clean & well equipped. Gulf view from balcony is breathe taking, & the pool & hot tub is right outside. We plan to go again and stay in that unit.
