Mountain Resort Cottage is located in a resort that has two award winning golf courses, outdoor/indoor swimming pools, a spa, walking trails, and a lodge restaurant and pub.

This cozy cottage with central AC and heat, cable TV and a wood burning fireplace is nestled among the many tall trees in the Woods Resort.

It has a living room, dining area for six, kitchen with counter space and bar stools for three, three bedrooms, one with a kings size bed, one with a queen size bed and a loft with two twin beds. It has two full baths and a fully equipped kitchen, screened porch and a deck. It also has ceiling fans in each room and one in the screened porch. All ceiling lights have dimmers for mood lighting.

Property is half way between Berkeley Springs and Hedgesville WV

Vacation Rental Features
Amenities	Air Conditioning: Central Air Condidioning System + dehumidifier Washer: A full size front load washer is in the cottage. Dryer: A full size dryer is in the cottage. Linens Provided: Pillows are provided. Pleae bring your own towels and wash cloths. Sheets are provided. Off Street Parking: There is off street parking for several cars Wood Fireplace: There is usually a stacked wood pile next to the cottage for you to enjoy a real wood burning fire in the fireplace on a chilly day or evening.
Beds	King Bed: The King bed is in the front bedroom. Guests staying in this bedroom would use the hall full bathroom. Queen Bed: The queen bed is in the master bedroom, and has a private full bath. Twin/Single Bed: There are two twin beds in the loft area. The loft also has a rocking chair and its own T.V. Guests staying in the loft would share the 1st floor hall bathroom.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV (4): There is cable T.V. service in the living room, first floor bedrooms, and the loft. DVD Video Library: There is a small selection of family DVDs. CD Player Stereo System Shared Hot Tub: There is a hot tub at the lodge's indoor pool location. Shared Pool (3): There are two outdoor pools and one indoor pool located a two minute drive from the cottage or a short walk. Sauna: There is a sauna located in the indoor pool's changing room.
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: The appliances, including the refrigerator, dishwasher,electric stove/oven and microwave are updated and in good working condition. Cooking Utensils Provided: This nicely appointed kitchen has all the amenities of home, including a toaster, blender, hand electric mixer, muffin tins, cookie sheets, two sets of dishes, glasses, wine glasses, and beer mugs. Refrigerator: It has a new full sized refrigerator. Dishwasher Microwave Catering Available: Well, not exactly catering, but you can call up to the lodge and get carryout from the restaurant. They can usually have it ready in 20 minutes or so. You can usually purchase a newspaper up there also.
Outdoor Features	Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: There is a full sized Weber gas grill on the back deck available for your use. Deck/Patio: There is a 12 by 18 foot deck to enjoy a morning cup of coffee in the morning or a little star gazing at night.It has a round table, seating for six, an umbrella, and two chasie lounge chairs for you to enjoy the sun during the day or gaze at the stars at night. There is also a screened porch with a bistro table and chairs for two and a cushioned chaise lounge to doze on or read your favorite book.
View/Location	Mountain View: Mountain view can be enjoyed throughout the resort. From the back deck you can often see deer, wild turkies, hawks, other other wild life.
Communications	Telephone: There is a telephone land line available for local (Hedgesville)calls only. Most cell phones seem to work in the cottage. There is a telephone company charge for each information call.
Suitability	Pet Friendly: Though the property is pet friendly for dogs, they must be kept on a leash and picked up after when walking. Please only consider bringing your dog if he/she is healthy, flea free, and a seasoned traveler. Limit two dogs per stay. Handicapped Accessible: Though not wheelchair accessible, there are only three steps to enter the cottage. Once inside, all rooms, except the loft are on the first level. Kid Friendly: The cottage is child friendly, though the deck off the back of the cottage is very high from the ground level. So, it is adviseable for children be supervised when on the deck. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The cottage is most suitable for adults over 25 years of age or families with children. Smoking Not Allowed: Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the cottage.
