All the comforts of home can be found here in the serene and tranquil gated golf community of Innsbruck, located just minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown Helen, home of the longest Octoberfest east of the Mississippi River. Put your feet up in front of the welcoming gas fireplace, enjoy over a hundred channels on the flat screen TV, or surf the internet. Fix a meal in the kitchen and eat inside, or outside on the private back deck. Relax in the bubbly hot tub while watching the stars. Get a good night sleep in either of the bedrooms, or the efficiency downstairs, each with its own private bathroom.
When you're ready to venture out, enjoy complimentary golf green fees for up to 6 people per day, take a dip in the refreshing pool, play a rousing game of tennis, or enjoy dinner at the clubhouse. Head downtown for some local shopping or dining, tube down the Chattahoochee, or take a ride in one of the horse drawn carriages.
NEW RATES: Stay Friday or Saturday night for $120 per night. Sunday through Thursday, enjoy the discounted rate of $75 per night. During the month of August, take advantage of the discounted rate of $105 on the weekend, and $70 during the week! The cleaning fee is $75, and combined Georgia Sales and Lodging Taxes of 15% are required.
New rates do not apply to holiday weekends or Oktoberfest. All rates are based on double or quad occupancy. For more than four guests, add $10 to the cleaning fee, and $10 per night for use of the efficiency downstairs.
