The designer kitchen has been thoughtfully planned with a pass though to an outside barbecue deck, adjacent to the dining room. The deck is built overlooking the palm trees surrounding the fish natural to the Hawaiian lagoon. Elegant flagstone fossil paving allows easy maintenance, indoors and out. The upstairs of the home can be rented separately, or along with the downstairs or with or without the attached studio. To enhance the romantic atmosphere, there is a double Jacuzzi tub and a two-sided fireplace between the master bedroom and bath. Wake up to the sunrise over the ocean and bay.
