This beachfront unit is part of the fabulous 5 star Kauai Marriott Kalapaki Beach Resort which is Marriotts "signature" beach resort. It is attached to a 5 star Marriott Hotel and enjoys all the benefits of the hotel including the state's largest fresh water swimming pool, 5 hot tubs, pool-side dining, room service, valet parking, concierge, restaurants, bars, access to a business office with fax and computers, barber/beauty shop, gift shops, news-stands, wake up calls, voice mail, free internet, etc. The grounds are beautifully appointed with koi pond, waterfall, outdoor seating areas, unbelievably beautiful artwork, sculptures, plants and walking paths.
All timeshare units were beautifully updated fall of '08. (Photos are from before the update). Hotel pool, restaurants and common areas updated 2010. Your 3-room beach front suite and balcony look over the beach and Kauai's lush cliffs descending into the ocean. Your rooms are elegantly decorated and each of the two separate bedrooms includes its own private bath, king-sized bed,television, safe and refrigerator. The master bedroom has a sitting area with a full sliding glass door overlooking the beach.
The living/kitchenette area with it's balcony (and patio furniture) overlooking the beach, has a table, mini-kitchen (sink,microwave,dishwasher,toaster,blender,coffee maker,dishes), pull-down queen murhpy bed, sofa, chair,TV,and DVD/CD player.
The protected harbor makes this one of the safest beaches for kids. There are beach volleyball courts and rentals of boogie boards, kayaks etc. Lots of shade trees can be found next to the beach along with lounge chairs and fresh beach towels.

normal use. Daily maid service can be purchased from hotel.
TERMS: $500 deposit due at booking. $1,300 due 90 days prior to arrival. Final
payment of $1,100 paid by check 90 days prior to arrival, check will not be
deposited until 30 days prior to arrival.

I'm a CPA and my husband's a CFO in Houston, TX. We have 4 grown children living in TX and DE. We enjoy most outdoor activities; particularly tennis, hiking and golf.
We're very active in charitable activities, primarily through our church. When in Kauai we enjoy the Lihue United Methodist Church on Nawiliwili Road.
Why the Owner Chose Lihue
The Kauai Beach Club's location allows us to enjoy the entire island. There is so much to see on both the north and south shores and this Marriott has the best location for being able to go in either direction without feeling like we've spent the whole day in the car.

Besides having a beautiful, protected beach and the largest fresh water swimming pool, this property uniquely offers all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. There are multiple dining choices including pool-side and room service. There are valets, bellhops and a concierge.
Additionally, the fabulous artwork, lobby, courtyard and koi pond are breath-taking. We have stayed at many Marriott timeshares and this one stands far above the others as far as beauty and amenities.

The Marriott Resort Kauai is a great place to Vacation. The grounds are spectacular with lots of greenery, lagoons and walking paths. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a corner room with an excellent view. The pool area is large with three inter-connected swimming pools and three large jacuzzi's. The hotel is centrally located and close to the main mall, airport and beaches. The food at the hotel is good. The wife liked the open breezeway for quick bites, reading or just relaxing while people watching. Our overall experience at this hotel was outstanding. We will return.

We had such a good experience in 2010 we rented this condo again in 2011. My kids just LOVE the pool and the calm beach. The condo is perfect for my husband and 3 young boys with it's spacious accommodations, including 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The grounds are very nice, the Marriott staff is very friendly and accommodating and you just can't beat the location.

This was our 3rd time back to the Marriott beach club, but first time with the kids and in condo. Kids loved the pool and beach. The accomodations were spacious & clean. Would definitely return.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at this condo. The views from the room were spectacular (you can watch the surfing lessons below and the cruise ship come into the harbor and leave). The beds were comfortable, the beach and swimming area was very accessible. It never seemed to be crowded. Lots to do on this island. Take the helicopter tour if you can. Definitely would visit again.

Our family returned two days ago from our stay in this rental and we could'nt be happier with our experience. We have two small children, ages 1 and 3, and the Marriot was a wonderful kid friendly vacation destination. The room has two very large rooms, each with a bathroom that has a tub/shower. The living area is also a nice size with a beautiful view from the lanai along with a large window to the side overlooking the incredible pool. These units were recently remodeled and have wonderful dark wood finishes. Everything that the Marriot has to offer is available which makes finding something to eat or just relaxing at the pool a breeze. Bringing along a hot plate to cook would be my only addition as the kitchen is equipped with only a microwave. I would definately recommend this rental for anyone in need of a couple of bedrooms and looking for a resort experience.
