Our home is the perfect place to plan your summer vacation. One hour from DIA places you in an extra ordinary spot on the planet. Enjoy pristine mountain air, water from the source, hummingbirds, the simple things that let you enjoy the beauty of the planet. This beautiful mountain home is ready for you. We are centrally located and the custom built home is prefectly maintained by the owner/builder who lives in the neighborhood. There is still plenty of snow at A-Basin. From our house it is 51 minutes from A-Basin. Catch an early run and spend some time with us. Between winter and summer you never know what you'll get with the weather at St. Mary's. Beautiful days abound. Great snowshoeing and back country opportunities. Bring up your four wheelers and unload in our yard, pleany of parking. Plan your upcoming season in our neck of the woods. Close to Denver and the Front Range, no need to go across the Tunnel. Clear Creek County is a quick get away with out investing alot of time and mileage on the road. St. Mary's Glacier hike is a good hike any time of year. The skies are so blue, the air is so clean. The freshness of the atmosphere is exilerating. Plan your summer vacation now, we are the perfect place to be in the heat of summer. Lots to do in the area. Try the scenic loop from Idaho Springs to Evergreen on Hwy 103, jeep trails to the outback, hiking the Continental Divide Trail and James Peak Wilderness, St. Mary's Glacier hike, fishing on private lakes availbe for a badge fee. Snowmobiling, backcountry skiing and boarding, snowshoeing, ice skating on the lake, ice fishing. The hot tub is perfectly maintained, a truly magical place to enjoy the night sky. Outstanding sunrises and spectacular blue skies, get out of the brown cloud and breathe some really fresh air. Our rental home is located above 10,000 ft in the historic mining community of Alice. Located on the east side of the Continental Divide, you find yourself in the beauty and granduear of the Rocky Mountains. Convenient to I-70. 45 minutes from downtown Denver or the Eisenhower Tunnel. Idaho Springs is less than 20 minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, the Indian Hot Springs and more. Take exit 238 past Idaho Springs, go 8.5 miles up to the community of Alice, a place apart from the ordinary.

Pets OK. $25.00 fee for each pet,  $100 refundable deposit when paying cash
For parties over 8 an additional $50 will be added.  Add 5.9% for lodging tax
