Year Purchased: 2000
Neil is a CPA and owns his own business in Lincoln, Nebraska. In his spare time he enjoys landscaping, travelling and spending time with family. Neila is a retired interior designer who owned and operated her own business for 25 years. She still does some free lance designing and enjoys antiquing and making and designing jewelry. During the summer months, they spend most weekends at their quaint cabin on wonderful Lake-Wa-Conda in the Missouri River Valley and host an amazing annual 4th of July weekend extravaganza with some awesome fireworks to boot!
Why the Owner Chose Terravita
We chose to purchase our home at Terravita because we knew that when we both retired, we would want to spend a lot of time there during the year. We both truly love the Valley of the Sun, it's southwestern exposure sand the beauty of the Arizonan desert around the area.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Lots of time spent just plain enjoying the sunny, warm weather that the area is famous for while it's a deep freeze in our home state of Nebraska. All with endless places to shop and eat out. We love enjoying the beautiful desert landscape and the southwestern architecture. There are so many things to do so close by, you never run out of options.

This is a great home in a very nice subdivision. The home is very comfortable and we felt "at home" as soon as we arived. The owner was easy to deal with and adressed all of our concerns and requests. We enjoyed the private pool and patio area. We spent a lot of our time golfing in the greater Phoenix area and looked forward to returning to the house for a quiet and relaxing post game wine and dinner. We would have noo reservations about returning or recommending this property to a friend or relative.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

We enjoyed a 6 week stay while waiting to close on our new home in Scottsdale. The house was very nice- good floorplan and nice southwestern furnishings. Pool area great and private. Neighborhood excellent- gated, golf course, nature trails all right there. Also very close to great shops and restaurants in Carefree & Cave Creek. Highly recommended!

We spent three months at this house and could not have been more pleased. It was well maintained, beautifully decorated and had a great floor plan. There were adequate kitchen implements and appliances as well as linens. Wonderful courtyard in front with mountain views and beautifully landscaped pool with waterfall in the back yard.
