The area is very nice. It has a fantastic beach and lots of great restaurants and activities for the kids.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
My unit is on the 15th floor with a 30 foot balcony overlooking the beach. The building was completed in 2007 and has a nice pool, workout room and sauna. It's 100 yards from the beach. It features HDTV, wireless internet access and a beautiful view of the ocean.
