Perfect for your golf group, family or corporate retreat. Villa Italia features a large one third acre lot with maximum privacy for outdoor entertaining, dining, lounging and swimming. Home comfortably sleeps eight-ten people.
This upscale one of a kind home is beautifully upgraded with custom paint, granite and tile work, fireplace, outdoor fire-pit, and much more. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and TV with DVD or VCR. Three bedrooms are luxury suites with King beds and private attached baths. Other two bedrooms have a bathroom and powder bath across the hall. Game room features a full-size pool table.
Fabulous fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features slab granite counters and back splash, gas cook-top with pot-filler, stainless steel appliances, double oven with convection, microwave, refrigerator with ice & water dispensers, separate wet bar with wine refrigerator.
Relax on the large back patio area around the private and heated custom salt-water pool and spa, cascading rock waterfall, pool tanning shelf, lush and colorful landscaping of palm and citrus trees, aromatics, and cool turf areas. The dramatic night lighting comes on automatically, and you can watch the dancing flames in the outdoor fire-pit.
Jandy digital in-house controller/monitor for the pool and spa allows you to control all pool and spa functions from inside the house, and gives you a digital read-out of the pool temperature, the spa temperature and the outside air temperature.
Other amenities include telephone with free local and unlimited long-distance calling, free high-speed wireless internet, a fully-equipped laundry room with new washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. The hot water re-circulating system gives you "instant-on" hot water at every faucet without waiting for the water to warm up.
The large and luxurious Master Suite has a super-plush King-size bed, large-screen TV with DVD, spacious walk-in closets and a deluxe Queen air-bed available. The French door leads out to pool/spa. Large private bath has dual sink vanity, oversize custom tiled shower with raised bench & soaking tub with tile surround and steps. Home sleeps eight, but no more than ten people using the Queen sofa-bed in the Great Room, and the Queen air-bed in the Master.
Large, open great room has a large screen HDTV, DVD, gas fireplace. Watch classic and current hit movies from our extensive DVD library. There are plenty of games, poker chips for that Texas Hold ‘Em tournament, Table and Yard Games, and lots more! French door leads out to the covered rear patio area and landscaped yard.
Bed Arrangement Sleeps 10-14
Master Suite has a super-plush King-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet with a deluxe Queen air-bed available. Bedroom two has a King bed, Bedroom three has two XL-Twin (Extra Length) beds. Bedroom four has a King bed. Bedroom five is the Casita Guest Suite with Queen bed. There is also a Queen sofa-bed in the Living Room. Total of eight separate bed units available.
What about Golf? La Quinta has been named the "Golf Capital of the United States" by the prestigious Robb Report the past two years 2004, 2005. Anyone who loves golf will love La Quinta and all of these courses are mere minutes away from this home.
What about Tennis? There are a number of public courts nearby, where you can play for free. Or, "Play Where the Pros Play" at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the Pacific Life Open, or the famous La Quinta Resort for a small fee. Sorry, no-smoking inside home and no pets allowed during your stay.
