Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second year that we have rented Villa Italia for our family. Our family consists ofmy wife and I plus 2 married children with spouses and 4 grand girls (5,7,9,12) and while one family lives in Belmont MA and the other in Northern Kentucky their "winter break" falls on the same week so "off to the desert" for a family reunion. Knowing the house from last year made our stay even more enjoyable this year. We will defininately stay next year at Villa Italia if the "winter breaks" align up correctly in 2014! We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Italia. We have stayed in the La Quinta and Indio area several times in the past few years, and the properties through LUXE Vacation Homes have always met our high expectations. The house quiet, clean, well maintained and had everything necessary to make our stay easy and carefree.

We were very pleased with the house and the overall experience. We own rental property in Sea Pines (Hilton Head)so we have high expectations and Villa Italia exceeded our expectations. We had our Adult Children and 4 Grand Children aged 4,6,8,11 so we enjoyed being in the Casita. Once we get clarification on "winter break" dates for our family (probably in September) we will contact you about renting Villa Italia for another great vacation in 2013. The weather is more predictable in February in Palm springs over Hilton Head.

We are delighted to have found Villa Italia. It gives the feeling of "getting away from it all" with the added bonus of having whatever you need so very close. The wine shop in Old Town is very nice. The hiking trails are great too. We will come often. Mike and Peggy

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The home was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool...and my husband loved the pool table. Thanks for all the fun & relaxation.

We stayed at Villa Italia for 2 nights on a golf outing. The home was outstanding in every way. Huge home with great backyard. Great for groups or families.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Italia. It met all of our expectations and more. We truly felt like we were in our home away from more. Furthermore, the management representing the property were wonderful to work with.

It was a wonderful place to relax on Spring Break. The pool was awesome and the hot tub was a great way to relax. The house was comfortable. I felt like I was home. Thank you so much.
