Our beautiful townhome is in the Villages of Empire Pass (upper Deer Valley). Larkspur is a true ski-in/ski-out property. Our 3,100 square foot townhome is located directly across the street from the ski slope of Silver Buck run which has a new high speed quad chair lift of its own.
An entertainers delight...Upgraded to the maximum, our unit offers aspen covered mountain views from every room. Relax in front of the 42 inch Plasma TV mounted above the spectacular stone fireplace in the family room. Cook a gourmet meal in our chef's kitchen with viking duel-fuel range and sub-zero refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen also has granite and travertine countertops and dramatic distressed wood cabinets and reclaimed hardwood flooring flooring. This professionally decorated townhome has been furnished for your enjoyment with furnishings that are as comfortable as they are beautiful and luxurious.
The master bedroom sleeps two in the California king bed. The second bedroom has two double beds to sleep four adults or children. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 sets of full-over-full bunkbeds. The family room also has a queen sofa bed that sleeps two adults or children. This unit is family friendly with a pack and play crib(AS REQUESTED) board games and plenty of DVDs.
Our garage includes use of the private ski and boot locker which is located right across the street from the slopes.
