This small, romantic home sits on a one hectare hillside property, providing a very private environment. It is perfect for honeymooners, couples, or a small family. The contemporary open architectural style house has a panoramic view of the unique Biezans Bay. From any place in the house you can admire the ocean view and unforgettable sunsets! The fragrance of fruit trees and Ylang Ylang flowers, famous for their use in Channel perfume, fill the house throughout the day and evening.
This home has one bedroom with a queen size bed, a large custom designed closet, a safety box and, of course, a magnificent view. The master bathroom has another spacious closet. The full kitchen, dining and living room areas are located so that you are always enjoying the natural surroundings. The living room also has a sofa bed that sleeps two, giving a possible maximum capacity of four people. A gorgeous wrap-around terrace allows its guests to enjoy the ambiance, a romantic sunset, and admire the wildlife-especially the white face and titi monkeys-as they come up and mingle in the adjacent fruit trees.

The Ylan Ylan studios are also located within the one hectare hillside property and situated atop the highest point on the road offering spectacular ocean views 24 hours a day and overlooking the beautiful Biezans Bay. It is a five minute drive north to the town of Quepos or south to the beaches of Manuel Antonio and the National Park.
The Ylan Ylan studios are a split level studio. On the upper level is the bedroom with a queen size bed, full bathroom with hot water, spacious custom-designed closet, and a security box. On the lower level you can enjoy the view from the huge "L" shaped sofa that could possibly sleep one or two other people, giving it a possible maximum capacity of four people. Perfect for couples, honeymooners, or a small family.
The studio has an open kitchenette, dining, and living room area. The ocean-front terrace allows you to become one with the view and even enjoy your meals outside. From any place in this home you can admire the ocean view and unforgettable sunsets! The fragrance of fruit trees and Ylang Ylang flowers surround this home 24 hours a day.
