This is a beautiful new two bedroom two bathroom Brookside condo on the third floor overlooking the 18th fairway of one of the two Azinger-Lewis designed golf courses. Sitting on the lanai overlooking the lake you can enjoy lovely sunsets.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed with an LCD TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a LCD TV. The condo is fully furnished with beach/towels, utensils....even martini shaker and glasses:)
The club house offers fully stocked pro shop, fitness center, aqua practice driving range, bar and dining room overlooking the lake and golf course. The dining room has a fantastic Sunday Buffet. The fitness center has many amenities including pool and hot tub. Golf transfer fee $250 offers golf on both 18th hole golf courses.
