This 4 season ocean front house rental on a sandy beach is available for renting on a weekly basis anytime during the year, and available for weekends during the off season.

It is located on an all residential peninsula (with the exception of one great convenient restaurant within a 2 minute walk from house) and on a dead end road.

Only 4 miles to Amtrak rail terminal, 15 miles to the Old Port in Portland, 15 miles to Portland International Airport, 9 miles to Dock Square, Kennebunkport, 30 minute drive to L.L. Beans in Freeport and only a 1 and 1/2 hour drive to downtown Boston.

Also, for the winter ski enthusiasts, this house is only 1 and 1/2 hours to Sunday River Ski Resort in Bethel.
