This 4 season ocean front house rental on a sandy beach is available for renting on a weekly basis (and occasional long weekends) anytime during the year.
It is located on an all residential peninsula (with the exception of one great convenient restaurant within a 2 minute walk from house) and on a dead end road.
Imagine, gazing out and in full view are 9 islands, 2 ports, a lighthouse, and the view of the shoreline of 5 towns... all from the living room of this house.
It is peaceful and a great place to relax... or to have fun. Walk the beach and you can even walk to a near shore deserted island at low tide.
You will be amazed at the sun rises.
And only 4 miles away are all the shops, restaurants and theaters, etc., that will keep you entertained to your heart's desire.
Only 4 miles to Amtrak rail terminal, 15 miles to the Old Port in Portland, 15 miles to Portland International Airport, 9 miles to Dock Square, Kennebunkport, 30 minute drive to L.L. Beans in Freeport and only a 1 and 1/2 hour drive to downtown Boston.
Also, for the winter ski enthusiasts, this house is only 1 and 1/2 hours to Sunday River Ski Resort in Bethel.
