Just like the title states- best deal on the beach! We have two children and were simply looking for a beach front condo with a pool- one likes to swim in the ocean & one likes the pool- this was the perfect place for us! The condo is clean and well equipped. We rarely left- didn't have any need to go anywhere else. We ate most meals here- found a counter-top Foreman style grill and it worked great. We ate out twice at the advice of others we met at the pool and both restaurants were good. We actually arrived earlier than anticipated and were able to drop our bags in the condo and the cleaning crew just finished up while we were down at the beach- perfect! The washer/dryer was nice to have- no dirty clothes to lug home. Working with the owner was a breeze. Several grocery stores are nearby. There's a Wal-mart about 10 minutes away- I needed a chair for the beach- but you can rent them right on the beach if you'd like. We were there at the end of April- later than most Spring Breakers- so plenty of chairs available around the pool. Bottom line: there's nothing fancy about the place, but it's clean, well equipped, has a fantastic location and is perfect for a small family. We loved waking up to the beautiful ocean and having the convenience of running upstairs when we needed snacks or lunch. Oh- and be sure to hit the beach at night- we found lots of crabs- our kids LOVED it!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This condo was a great choice for our family (we have one small child). The condo was just as described on VRBO and the owner was pleasant to work with. Thanks for a great vacation! I hope to stay here again!
