There are lots of condos on Hilton Head Island to rent, but ours has some great advantages:
LOCATION: Our villa is right across the street from the beach front properties but costs about half as much. In addition, we're less than half a mile from famous Coligny Plaza for all your shopping and grocery needs.
ACTIVITIES: Besides being near the best beach on the island, Xanadu Villas has a private pool, picnic area and tennis courts. You'll love having these areas almost all to yourself. In addition, bike rentals, kites, sightseeing and golf are all close to our location. Inside the condo we have games available as well as cable, DVD players and VCRs in the living room and each bedroom.
LUXURY: Why go somewere worn out when you can stay at our condo for the same price? The building has just gone through a multi million dollar remodeling so we updated our condo as well. The grounds are amazingly well kept and beautiful. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, marble travertine tile floors and beautiful new furniture await you.
SAFETY: Xanadu Villas only allows access into the gated parking lot and building through the electronic key fob you'll get with your keys. In addition, the courtyard can only be accessed through the building so only other guests will be on the grounds. And if steps are a problem for you, they won't be here. We occupy the first floor of the building and there are no steps from the parking lot to the entrance. Don't worry about lugging your luggage up three flights of steps. Just roll the suitcase in and start to relax.
SPACE: Most two bedrooms on the island are about 1000 square feet and some are even less than 900! Ours is one of the largest two bedrooms available at 1200 square feet. It's easy to feel the difference when you can move through the condo easily. A Queen bed in the Master Suite, a pair of twin beds in the second bedroom and a pullout couch in the livingroom will give you plenty of room for the whole family.
Pick up the key from our local rental agent whose office is just down the street. Week long rentals only.

We fell in love with Hilton Head Island about four years ago and want to eventually retire to our condo.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We think we're in the ideal location, right across the street from the beach and public access and just a few steps out the back door to the pool. The condo was recently refurbished and we decorated it with all new furnishings ourselves.

My wife and I have been married for 17 years, but the beach at Hilton Head is the place we always come back to. Our three boys (ages 10, 8 and 4) love the beach and enjoy sandcastles, swimming and flying kites whenever we get there.

Thank you so much David for the wonderful week sharing your vacation home. The condo was just as the pictures portrayed. I could not have been more pleased. Very modern and beautifully decorated. Fred the property manager was very helpful if we had any questions. Even called to make sure everything was ok. Walking/biking paths were very helpful in the South Beach area. Visited Harbor Town for the 4th of July celebration and it was amazing. Breakfast at Stax is a very pleasant experience. And NY Pizza just up the road was marvelous. We do plan to come again to stay there.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo.The location of the condo made it easy to access the beach and other areas. This was our first winter getaway since our retirement. The owner was helpful and made our first rental of a condo easy and enjoyable.The complex was well kept. We enjoyed grilling and relaxing in the pool and picnic area. We also rented bicycles at a rental shop close to our condo. The area has a lot of bike trails.We enjoyed riding bicycles and enjoying the outdoors.

We are looking to our next trip down to this unit for Christmas. The location i wonderfully close to shopping and right across the street from the beach access. The condo is newly updated with marble and modern furninshings. I love the complex being gated and very secure.

We LOVED the unit & hope to rent it again this fall & next year. Thank you so much. Got the key with no problem & the unit was in great shape. We laughed cause the granite in the kitchen what we have at home here. Again Thank you for allowing us to rent the unit. We had a wonderful time & hope to utilize it again.

As I mentioned before, we really loved your place. It is very tastefully decorated and spacious. We would definitely consider renting this again. You have one of the nicest units we have ever stayed in at Xanadu.
