Our absolutely unbelievable three bedroom, 2,100 square foot accommodation, is professionally furnished and appointed as a luxury Penthouse, not just a "run of the mill" rental unit.
The home has been highly upgraded and hosts custom faux finish painting, custom window treatments, GE Stainless, wood flooring and even the chandeliers, sconces, and ceiling fans have been replaced to create the most beautiful and stylish appeal. A full size washer/dryer is also provided.
As you can see from our pictures, the family room is comfortable for the family. There is plenty of seating on either the couch or two lounging chairs. Enjoy your favorite movie or surf the channels while watching HDTV on the Flat-panel TV and DVD player.
The dining room includes a round glass table that comfortably seats four to six with additional seating available at the built-in bar and a gorgeous chandelier overhead is controlled through a gentle dimmer.
The kitchen has been fully appointed with stainless steel GE appliances, stainless steel pots, pans, baking dishes, serving dishes, coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine and even margarita glasses. The stemware, dinnerware, and flatware are very high quality...the quality you would want in your own home. If you are the Rachael Ray type or Emeril, you simply will feel right at home in the kitchen.
You will definitely not miss your own home's bed and pillows as these beds have been outfitted with the finest linens and fabrics. The master bedroom has a King bed adorned in 400 thread-count sheets and lots and lots of comfy pillows. A full length dresser and mirror. Gently take in the morning as you step outside onto the patio and enjoy your coffee and paper or simply take in the views overlooking Seascape and the ocean. The master bathroom includes a large stand-up, upgraded shower that will leave you feeling invigorated, just like you left a spa and it also has a deep jacuzzi tub.
Your guests will not feel jealous of you residing in the master suite as their accommodations are extremely nice as well. The guest rooms include a kingsize pillow top bed in one and a queen bed with exquisite linens, flat panel wide screen HDTV, private bath and shower/tub in each of the guest rooms.
Seacrest is known for its massive and award winning pools, and our home is less than 2 blocks from them. The pools have plenty of amazing fountains, jacuzzis and there is even a special toddler kiddie pool for those that are just beginning to walk. As you know, the most amazing beaches in the world are only a short distance away and can be reached by either a free beachtram service operated through Seacrest Beach Resort or you can take a short walk or bike there.

This property was excellent for my family. We had two daughters with spouses and infant children 25 and six months of age. My single son, 29, was there for a total of 3 days on two visits. The beach service was prompt and friendly. The beautiful pool was actually closer than we anticipated. The property is very nice and the photos did reflect the property well. The area is full of restaurants with our favorites being Georges and Cafe 30A. Go early! Pier Park mall in Panama City Beach is super. There are stores and attractions for every age. It is much larger than it appears as it goes all the way to the ocean. We would rent again and would recommend ithis property to everyone. Thanks

This home has a great kitchen and plenty of bedrooms with private baths. The tower room was great for additional sleeping. Nice private lot. Neighborhood pool is great with shuttle service to ocean.

We spent a week at this home and had a wonderful time. It's a beautiful house with plenty of room for all of us. Loved the kitchen! The tram service to the beach was very convenient. There were lots of things to do just a short distance away - shopping, restaurants, a waterpark and the pier. Can't wait to stay here again!

We just returned from a week-long vacation at your beautiful home and will definitely be back. During our stay through July 3, the beaches were beautiful - no oil anywhere. The house has large, spacious rooms, really nice decor and finishes, three wonderful king beds and nice bathrooms - the pictures don't do it justice. We loved the TV chairs, DVD players/TVs in every bedroom and porches and balconies. The pool is fantastic and really close to to the house. We rented bicycles and loved all the restaurants at Rosemary Beach, especially the new tapas place.

We could not have asked for a better house to spend the week in. Big and spacious and beautiful! The pictures do not do this house justice. Looking forward to coming back next year and staying in the SAME house.

We just got back from a week long vacation at beautiful Seacrest. The home was perfectly located only a short walk from the 12,000 square foot pool as well as an easy walk to the beaches. The home itself was large, very nice, and perfect for small children. I would highly recommend this home as well as Seacrest for a perfect family vacation spot.
