WHAT A REPLACE TO RELAX AND ENJOY THE BEAUTY

We had a wonderful weekend at your home.. Thanks so much for sharing. I've always been drawn to the river, so it was wonderful to see the views from the home. We loved driving around roads around the river. The cardinal, bluejays and woodpeckers were abundant out our windows, though I did not see a feeder; there must have been natural food for them somewhere. Keokuk and Ft Madison are close if you want to get a bite to eat or shop and of course Navoo, IL is just across the river. Can wait to go there in the summer time. Chris Park

Owner response:Chris and Dennis, We're delighted you and your friends enjoyed our NauView House, the views and variety and abundance of birds (even in January) as much as we do!! Thanks too for the nice review. Let us know when you would like to come again. Lois and David

The perfect spot!

Wonderful, wonderful home. We enjoyed full autumn color at tree top level. The entire home has views and the large wrap-a-round porch was a wonderful spot to enjoy early morning coffee. Lois, the owner, more than helped us out as my husband was hospitalized during our stay. Her encouragement certainly helped as we were pretty far from home. We stayed at the house to eat and recoup. We did visit Carthage, Keokuk, Fort Madison and Nauvoo at the start of out trip. Lois, thank you very much. We recommend your beautiful home and hope to return soon. LW Nov 2011

My daughter and I have stayed at the Nauview house on several occasions and we just love it! The wrap around porch is great and the house is cozy and kid friendly. We have family in the area and have everyone come see us. We can cook on the grill or make a great meal in the kitchen. We have even baked cookies! The beds are great and I have even dozed off for a nap in the comfy chair in the living room.
