Come stay at our unique two-story mountain getaway! With new furnishings and decor throughout, you will feel right at home. The downstairs hosts the Master bedroom and the bunkroom which acts as a second bedroom, with one set of bunks and a twin bed. Our full kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need. The upstairs floor to ceiling windows boast views of aspen, pine, and of course, the mountains. Get cozy by the fireplace with a good book or, in summer enjoy the patio out our front door in our relaxing sling chairs. We often see moose or fox strolling through the property. Our complex has less than 30 units and is quiet but very family friendly.
Winter Park and Fraser are renowned for mountain biking and trails can be accessed just out the front door. Across the valley (five minutes) are miles and miles of more trails to explore. We are ten minutes from the Winter Park/Mary Jane Ski Resort and Sol Vista is a quick 15 minutes away. Nordic skiers can enjoy the groomed trails at Devil's Thumb or Snow Mountain Ranch. Take the family ice skating, tubing, or dog sledding, all just minutes away.
After an adventure, come home to enjoy the brand new outdoor hot tub or take some time in the sauna. Either way, you will feel relaxed. The condo comes equipped with a wide selection of games and books for all ages. So, take a peek! We look forward to hearing from you!

Why the Owner Chose Lookout Village:
We purchased this condo to enjoy the outdoors as a family. Fraser is not too far from our home, so it makes for an easy yet fun destination for us. We have shared countless adventures together and love to laugh through it all. Some of our favorite memories are skiing with our kids and having a blast in all the snow!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
We enjoy skiing, mountain biking, trail running and rafting the Colorado River with friends during our time at the condo. The trail access out our front door is superb with these lesser known trails controlling the crowds! With the grocery store just 3 minutes away, a gourmet meal is never too far. The atmosphere of our property is laid back and friendly.
