This beautiful townhome is in the middle of all that Historic Breckenridge has to offer. Just 1 block from Main Street. Whether it be Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall you won't miss a thing.
The FREE Breckenridge shuttle, which is a five minute ride to Peak 8, has a stop close to the driveway. Walk to downtown, or take your warm car from the private heated garage. Breckenridge Main Street was made for shopping and dining and is a "must do".
This unit is considered ski in with Four O'Clock Ski Run just across the street and is walking distance to the gondola.
The townhome offers a cabin décor that you would expect when staying in Colorado. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and its private bath with jetted tub and separate shower. There is a view of the ski hill from the balcony. The other bedrooms offer a queen size bed and a bunk bed with a single and a queen bed. All bedrooms have televisions for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped and the townhome has its own washer/dryer. The living room and dining room has vaulted ceilings with a gas fireplace in the living room. The dining room and bedrooms all have their own balcony. The hot tub is outdoors and is located downstairs. This unit also has wireless internet.

A very warm, restful and welcoming environment. Just what we needed to be refreshed! Lovely decor inside plus beautiful surroundings and convenient location. Had everything we needed, above and beyond our expectations.A great place to plan our next family vacation! We had some difficulty climbing the flights of stairs, otherwise, all was good!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

We had a fantastic time skiing in Breckenridge. The townhome was really nice and comfortable and in a great location. They have done a great job making sure that all the essentials are provided. I would definately recommend it for anyone wanting to ski in the area.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We just returned from a great 5 night stay at this condo. Booking was easy and forthright. Excellent value for the location and accommodations. You can easily walk to town. Grocery store is a 2 minute drive away. You can hop the resort shuttle by walking 20 yards and ski home down "4 oclock run" (if snow covered, ski left across the last side street before Park Ave and be right at the driveway). The unit was clean, comfortable. We had 5 adults and 2 small children. It's probably best with no more than 4 adults and 2-3 kids. 2 parking spots: one in a heated garage and the other close-by outside. We were in universal agreement that we would stay there again. (and it's kind of a picky group... sorry mom).

Had a wonderful time.There were 3 families, but we didn't feel croweded. A great Condo, very well furnished. Also a great location, walked to town several times. Would stay here again.

We were really impressed with this condo. The location was fantastic - it was a short walk to main street and all the festivities. The interior design of the condo was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a great place! You couldn't get a better location - easy access to everything in town and right on the bus route to Peak 8. Beautiful town home, and we had a wonderful time.

An exceptional condo for the rate. Very close to town, plenty of space and very nicely kept. Kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, dishes and pots and pans and even some condiments. Quiet and comfortable, would definetly stay there again!
