Sunrise Hill is a beautiful home on Lake Lure, with its own boat dock for swimming, fishing, lounging in the sun and enjoying the gorgeous lake. The dock is easily accessed just across the street and down a stairway. The house affords spectacular views of Lake Lure and the Blue Ridge Mountains through its great deck and screened porch.
Sunrise Hill sleeps up to eight people, on two floors. All beds are queen size, all linens are supplied, and with three bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen, the property will help make your stay on Lake Lure fun and memorable.
Accommodations include three comfortable bedrooms, each with private bath. One of the two bedrooms on the main, upper level, offers a jacuzzi equipped bathtub with shower. On the main level you will also find a comfortable living area with TV and gas log fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate dining room. Both the deck and screen porch are accessed from this level.
The lower level offers a great room with additional TV, satellite, VCR and DVD, stereo, gas log fireplace, sleeper sofa, efficiency kitchen, full bath, bedroom, and access to the patio area from great room. This area can easily be used as separate accommodations if so desired.
Along with all the water recreation available right outside your door, nearby attractions include Asheville and the Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Chimney Rock Park, the Flat Rock Playhouse, Main Street Hendersonville, antiquing in Black Mountain and many more mountain vacation activities. Minutes away are two championship 18-hole golf courses. Just down the street is a well-tended 9-hole municipal course.
