What a fabulous place ! The view was amazing and there was plenty of room for the six of us! The beds were so comfortable, loved the granite counter top and the view while I was making dinner was spectacular. Cocktails on the balcony were fantastic ! I am not sure I could find a more helpful , friendly person to deal with then Jennifer! We would rent from her at the Tidewater again in a heart beat! To get the best beach chairs, make sure you are down at the beach before 8:30!!

My adult children stayed during November. Jennifer was very nice over the phone and appeared to be very accommodating. When we arrived, the condo was very dirty and I contacted her. There were crumbs on the furniture; the floor was dirty; holes in the walls; and the balcony was filthy with bird droppings, peanut shells, sand, and furniture in poor shape. In the kitchen there was caked -on food on the pans and the potholders were filthy. I had to clean the bathroom floors. Jennifer did contact her cleaning lady who apparently came when we were gone and only cleared the crumbs from the furniture. I had also asked to have a later checkout but when I went to open our door the combination had been changed with my cell inside. I contacted security who at first told me they had no way to get in but with my persistence and questioning they were able to find another condo she owns and were able to finally get in. My son almost missed his flight to return to his home. I have stayed in several VRBO condos but this was by far the worst. Jennifer has twins and lives far away and, apparently, has not visited her condo in a while. I did receive $25 back for all this trouble.

Owner response:I was incredibly disappointed to see this review. I did everything possible to make this guest happy and I truly think it was an impossible task. When she called saying there were crumbs on the floor and peanut shells on the balcony and that the pans were dirty, I sent housekeeping over right away. I asked her if they had fixed her problem and she said that they had. She called me not too long after that saying that the hot water was not working so I sent maintenance to the room. Her daughter greeted them and said that she had been in the shower for a while before her mother got in the shower and the hot water heater had simply run out of hot water. They still tested it to make sure and everything was in perfect working order. I am not positive on the time when the guest locked herself out of the condo. I did tell her she could have a late checkout of twelve and believe that is what I set it for. I'm sorry she left her cell phone in the condo with my # on it but that is not something in my control. As soon as she called me, I had her a new code in 10 seconds. When the first issue (housekeeping) came up with this guest, I offered her $25 for her trouble. I have managed our condos (we have 2 at Tidewater) for 3 years and this is my first bad review. I had guests in the condo 2 weeks before this guest and a week after and both of those guests said the condo was absolutely perfect. I do have twins and I do live in Chicago but that has no effect on how I manage the condos. I'm certainly not the first person to have a family and I responded immediately to each of her requests so I'm not sure why she would put something so personal about me in such a mean spirited review. I have a local housekeeper and on site maintenance so the fact that I don't live close by doesn't matter. It has only been a few months since I was down and I have had family members at the condo checking on things within the last couple of months. I hope that when you are considering renting from me that you see all the past reviews of happy guests and don't give much credence to this review because I've never encountered someone like this before. I don't know what else I could have possibly done. Thank you for your interest.

My family and I loved this condo. It was perfect for us. It had all of the amenities of home. The views were spectacular! The pools were amazing! We absolutely loved the pool activities on Friday with the live DJ. We had great weather and enjoyed being so close to Pier Park. We will definitely plan on staying here again when back in PCB! thanks to Jennifer for being so kind and helpful. She is a joy to work with!

Jennifer, Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us! We had a wonderful 4th of July with family and friends. The view of the fireworks at the pier were perfect and with Pier Park being so close by, our teenagers could walk to shop and play. All the amentities at Tidewater are wonderful with poolside activities for the kids and the tiki hut for us! I think the best part of your condo were the beds! I slept so soundly that I tried to check out the brand of mattress so I could get one. :) Plus all the personal touches you included such as boogie boards, chairs, and floats as well as FREE Beach Service, made the stay even better for us! I will definitely recommend your condo to my friends and family.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

This was our first time traveling to Panama City Beach for vacation and we had a wonderful time. My family of four along with my parents really enjoyed our time in this Condo. It was decorated beautifully, the beds were comfortable and my daughters enjoyed the bunk area. The amenities at the resort were perfect and the beach service was an added bonus. The location is very close to all the restaurants and shopping at Pier Park. The owner of this Condo was great to work with. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Thanks for a great time at PCB!!! :)

Jennifer and family, thank you for sharing your home away from home with our family. We enjoyed PCB and your condo very much for our Christmas/New Year vacation. The condo was exactly as you described, very nice. The beds were amazing!! The view was awesome!! Pier Park was great!! The New Year's Eve events at Pier Park was tons of fun. Stayed 3/13/10-3/20/10 Everything was even nicer than we were expecting. The view was wonderful, and the beds so comfy. Even with all of the spring breakers, the complex was well maintained, and the elevators kept up pretty good. Jennifer was so easy to work with and easy to get ahold of with any questions. We had 2 adults and 2 young adults and we all had a great time, and plenty of room. Pier Park was so nice to walk to.

Jennifer, Your condo was absolutely amazing! Everything I could have dreamed of. The view everyday was incredible, we saw sting-rays, sharks, dolphins, all sorts of things and it was amazing. Just waking up and being able to relax and enjoy the view and the stay. Thank you so much for the experience and I will be coming again soon.

We had a fantastic time - thank you so much for everything. Your condo is exactly what we needed. We never felt crowded, even with 8 people there for a few days. The view is incredible and we enjoyed seeing the dolphins in the mornings and evenings. Everyone at the complex was very friendly so we felt right at home. I'm leaving this comment in your guestbook so people will know what a wonderful Condo you have. If I owned a Condo, this is exactly what I would want it to be like -- the decor, the view, the amenities, the convenience. The only issue we had was that the beds were so comfortable, that we didn't get moving until after 10:00 every morning. We also loved Panama City. Girls weekend trip in April 2009. The condo and amenities were excellent. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and very helpful in answering my questions. I will definitely use this condo again!
