Welcome to beautiful Crescent Beach! Walk down the private deck to Crescent Beach. The beach is usually not crowded, and it will be oh so peaceful to lay out and catch up on your reading or even frolic in the ocean waves. Maybe hop in the pool or lay out and work on a great tan.
This is a two-story condominium on the second and third floors with great ocean views and pool views from most rooms. It has two bedrooms and two and one-half baths and was remodeled in 2007 with a ton of upgrades (like a full sized front loader washer and dryer!). It is beautifully decorated and newly furnished. It's a small piece of paradise outside your everyday life.
All you need is food, clothes and a toothbrush. Come to crescent beach and enjoy all we have to offer, beaches (the best), good food, golf on the best golf courses, historic sightseeing or just chilling. It's all here and waiting on you. Rent it for the week or maybe even two and get that R&R that you need.

The beach here is beautiful! Perfect quiet and private location. Great for children. Plenty of towels and storage. The pool is warm and the weather was great. Excellent friendly restaurants and sightseeing nearby. Our family loves the beach in St. Augustine! Thank-you for sharing your vacation home with us.

Gorgoeous condo inside and out. Very spacious floorplan on both floors. Furniture extremely comfortable and current .. no 1970s wicker or rattan inside this condo. The decor is beautiful and comfy providing that home-away-from-home feeling. Condo is in the perfect location with both pool and beach views. Located in a small beachfront complex that is very well maintained (appears to have some recent upgrades especially on the beach walkover with new deck boards) and the pool was serviced and cleaned each morning. Complex location makes for easy & scenic drives to old town St Augustine and Vilano Beach to the north or Matanzas Inlet and Flagler Beach to the south. No crowds on the beach or streets to interfere with your vacation. Wonderful pizza/pasta restaurant directly across the street as well. Will for sure rent this "home" again on our next visit to Crescent Beach. Thank you Lora & family for sharing your condo with us.

Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful beach home. Our family of four had a wonderful time enjoying the beach and pool everyday and your home made the week complete. The large living area gave us plenty of room to watch movies and play games. A short drive to shops and resturants offered plenty of choices throughout the week. Thank you for helping to make our vacation experience a memorable one!

My family found this condo after the oil spill changed our plans to go to the gulf. We loved this place, the beaches were wide and perfect for small kids to enjoy getting in the water without getting knocked down by the waves, and then a little further out you could play in the surf. There were very few people on the beach and completely relaxing. Our children loved the pool and enjoyed the company of several new freinds. This condo is nicely decorated and very unique with the upstairs bedrooms. We loved it! Thanks, Jon and Mandy

We have stayed in this lovely condo two years and are booked again for 2010. It is ideally located on the beach and is fully equipped. It is a small complex and very friendly. The owners are gracious to deal with and we highly recommend it.
