This is a nicely furnished, two-level condo with plenty of natural light pouring in through the kitchen skylight, as well as through the row of French doors set off the living room. The main floor includes one bedroom with a queen bed, one bath, living room, large peninsula counter top, and full kitchen. The downstairs contains a den with a double size bed and a laundry room just off the den. The patio is a wonderful spot where you can sip your morning coffee, dine, or just sit and relax. Basic Cable TV is offered, as well as a phone, stereo, DVD/VHS player. This is a non-smoking unit. Check out the LINKS section below for more info. and our website.

We offer a child friendly home. Provided are a Play-n-Pac, high chair, toys/books, fenced back patio with a sandbox.

Our condo is located blocks away from the Hawthorne Boulevard. Hawthorne is lined with locally-owned coffee shops, antique stores, cafes, and trendy clothing shops, many with a bohemian flavor reminiscent of the 70's. Enjoy the many popular restaurants and pubs, which offer sidewalk seating or wander among the tree lined neighborhoods where the bungalow and craftsman homes have been restored to there natural beauty.

We also have beautiful Laurelhurst park five blocks down. The 30 acre interior of the park is defined by a large pond, the walking paths that snake through the landscape makes for great wandering, with plenty of benches and nooks to drop down on for a moment of repose, or perhaps some lunch. The park also provides a great kid friendly area.

A major bus line is conveniently located one block away. We�re seven minutes from downtown; ten minutes from Portland State University, fifteen minutes from Oregon Health Sciences University; and about twenty minutes from the airport.

Our home is strictly non-smoking, no pets. There is a 2 night minimum required for all advance reservations. A (1 or 2) night rental + cleaning fee may be considered based upon availability when booked within 5 days of arrival.

  • Kid Friendly: The condo is quite child friendly. Crib, highchair, gate (to block the staircase), and covered sandbox out back are all available if needed. There is also a play set 3 blocks away and a huge play area, located in Laurelhurst park, 7 blocks away.
  • Minimum Age Limit for Renters: We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 24 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent

  • We stayed at this condo for five nights while I attended at conference at Reed College. It was convenient to the college, to restaurants within walking distance, and to downtown. It was well furnished with everything we wanted. It's an attractive, kid-friendly condo with a great front deck for people watching. We would definitely recommend this for a Portland stay.

  • This place was great! The space is tasteful and laid out well, the kitchen had all we needed to eat in a few meals, and the condo is just a few blocks from grocery stores, shops and fun restaurants. Wireless worked perfectly.

  • We took a relaxing getaway trip to Portland over MLK weekend and we enjoyed staying at this condo! It's small but cozy and decorated nicely. The location between the Hawthorne/Belmont neighborhoods is ideal for strolling and it's a quick drive from downtown.

  • We've never rented a vacation rental before but every time we will be staying somewhere for a week or more this is the way we will go. Just about the same cost as a hotel with none of the hotel room drawbacks. This particular place was great. A nice location and a neat neighborhood with many interesting shops and restaurants within walking distance. Close to groceries and gasoline and parks. The condo supplies many nice ammenities, especially for kids. If we ever visit Portland again this is where we will try and stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

  • We stayed in the condo for six nights and it exceeded our expectations. It is the right size for two or three and the FULL kitchen made meals in a breeze. Our evening entertainment was walking through the area. Sidewalks are marked with the date they were laid. We found one from 1898 and another from 1908. The houses and the gardens, in this lush area, were individual and charming. Coffee shops, restaurants, gift stores all within a mile were good fun and worth checking out. We made it from the heart of downtown to the condo at 5:00 PM on a weekday in 17 minutes.

  • The condo is beautifully designed, clean, contemporary and well-stocked (especially with kid's items). We loved the skylight in the kitchen and wall of glass doors plus deck that let in a lot of light. Comfortable beds. It was in an excellent location, quiet street yet very close to interesting, fun neighborhood spots (and 3 markets!). We had such a fabulous time in Portland! Highly recommend visiting here!
