Private road home located close to everything. House is 0.3 miles to beach/lighted basketball courts and 0.5 miles to heated pool and tennis court. Skiing is only 15 min to Big Boulder and Jack Frost and 30 min from Camelback ski mountain and beach water park. Outlet shopping 30 min. away!! Casino 30 min. This house is in a relaxing family oriented community.
This house has an open floor plan of Living room, dining room and kitchen(table with six chairs) overlooked by loft. The main bathroom has a laundry area with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. The bedrooms all include flat panel cable TVs with DVD players for your own getaway time. First floor bedroom with Queen. Upstairs has a bedroom with Queen, another bedroom with bunk beds full on bottom and single on top and loft with pull out full size sofa bed and powder room off the loft area. Loft area has cable TV VCR/DVD and playstation with games. There are many board games and videos to choose from. This house is newly furnished and has all the amenities of home-fully stocked kitchen(toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher), gas BBQ grill, deck and swing set.
Arrowhead Lakes is a private gated community with two lakes for swimming, fishing and boating. There are 5 beaches, 3 pools (2 heated), 7 tennis courts, basketball courts and playgrounds. The community has planned activities year round (movie nights, poker nights, crafting events etc.). The welcome building has pool tables, internet access and workout room. Check the activities channel on local cable when you arrive.
Arrowhead Lake community requires renters (over the age of 6) to purchase amenity badges during the summer season (MMD-Labor Day) for use of the pool, beaches and lake. Weekly badges are $25/person and daily $7.50/person.
Gate passes must be purchased for $25/ per vehicle to access the community year round.
