My family spent a week in July at this rental property. This house is nestled in a quiet cove on the lake, it was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed , There was plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids(there was still room for more people). The porch allowed a great spot to enjoy dinner outside and a large area of protection from the rain. The outside area of the house gave endless hours of fun for the kids to play outside. The lake was amazing, the whole family had fun fishing, swimming, and jumping off the dock at the beach, which was very clean. We had a fantastic vacation and have made this our new vacation spot.
Owner response:Great Laura, I'm so glad your family enjoyed the house, see you next year!

Stayed at this great home with some college friends as a kind of reunion. Awesome place that has it all. Easily sleeps 10 and has everything we needed. It is a beautiful property that sits on a nice cove. The deck wraps around from the side to the front with plenty of seating. There really is nothing bad to say about this place. Located near plenty of mountains for hiking, and very close to the Swift River.
Owner response:Thanks guys!

I love this house. The lake is beautiful without much traffic because the house sits on a little inlet. It's so serene to sit on the back porch with coffee and just watch. The owner takes extremely good care of the place and the property because this was his family's camp growing up, I think. It's a special place. Comfy beds and a great kitchen.
Owner response:Thanks Greg and company, I'm always glad when tenants love the house as much as I do. It was a family vacation spot for years and always holds a special spot in our hearts. The back porch, and the bench down by the water, are my favorite spots too.

I recently stayed at this house with a few friends. What a great place! It's in a quiet, beautiful location that is close to hiking and other outdoor activities as well as town. In town there are plenty of great restaurants, cafes and shopping, outlet and small local shops. The house itself is spacious with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of beds between 3 bedrooms and foosball! On a rainy night we stayed in watched movies and played boardgames that were stocked at the house. The floating dock and canoe were great options for relaxing on the small lake. Evening when the weather was nice we relaxed on the large covered porch. We had a great time and loved the house! I've already recommended this fabulous vacation home to my family.

I stayed here with a group of friends for a couple of days before we began a hiking trip. The house was perfect! It was so nice to be able to cook our meals in the kitchen and hang out on the porch at night listening to the sounds from the lake. With two full bathrooms and three bedrooms, we had more than enough space for 5 people. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. I hear there's going to be a washer-dryer in the house soon, which will be really handy. As for distance from attractions, we had a lot of options very close by. On a rainy day, we ate dinner out and shopped the gear shops and outlet stores in town, and when we were ready to begin our hike, we made it to our trail head in the White Mountains in a little over half an hour. Thanks for a great vacation spot--I'd definitely stay here again!
Owner response:I'm so happy things worked out for your group. Even when the weather isn't what you planned on, there is always something to do in the Conway area. Can't wait to see you again! Ben

This great little cabin is tucked away in a neighborhood and sits on a cove with access to a great little lake! The new floating dock was a nice addition to the shoreline. We really enjoyed the kitchen too - it was pretty well stocked and we were able to make most breakfasts and a few dinners there as well. The great covered porch was even nice when it rained we could be outside and enjoy that beautiful new england summer! Will certainly have to come back and check this place out in the winter. We also enjoyed the town of Conway and doing some shopping and some great places to eat around town they have everything from family friendly restaurants to romantic dinning places. Moat Mountain was a favorite of ours on our trip - the beer sampler was a great! Shopping ranges from outlet stores to big outdoor adventure bike and ski shops.

When we arrived to the cabin it was nice to see that it was very clean and well kept. Definitely a family feel...I played Yahtzee (that we grabbed from the shelves in the loft area) for the first time...who knew how much fun it could be? Fully stocked with paper products (toilet paper/paper towels) and supplies for cleaning up as needed. We cooked a couple meals in the cabin and found more than ample utensils, pots and dishware! Very nice to not have to lug that stuff on vacation if you plan on making meals at "home" like we enjoy doing. (Hannaford's grocery is very nearby and had a nice selection there, in addition to many opportunities to try local cuisine or shop). The surrounding property is also very nice and neighbors were friendly. Exchanged hello's with a few while walking to the lake! Too cold to swim but beautiful views! The owner was very accommodating and answered questions promptly and everything promised in the amenities on the listing was supplied. No complaints, no hassles, and would go back again in a heartbeat.
Owner response:We try our hardest to make the home as comfortable as your own house. Nothing makes us happier then hearing directly from tenants about the great times they enjoyed in our home. We hope to see you again next year!

I rented this place for a week last winter. The owner was very accomadating as I had to make some date and guest number changes. It has that lived in family feel to it which was great for me and my family. Great place to access skiing, sledding and snow shoeing. Very reasonable rates. I would go back again.

I've used this house several times and would go back at every opportunity. It is a short drive from everywhere you'd want to go in Conway. In the evenings its a great set up where families can get together, play games and just be together. The living is wide open and is connected to the dining area and kitchen area so no one is ever left out of the fun. The owners are very nice and keep the place clean. If you are looking for a nice clean place to stay that feels like your family has a second home in Conway....this is it.

We were here in July, 2008 for a week. House was good size for our family of 4 and furniture adequate. House did need a little TLC as toilet broke (which I fixed) and a light didn't work. Also, you need to take the trash to the dump about 10 minutes away. Understand that you are not on the lake but an outflow of the lake which is a very small cove with no view that you would not swim in. Wish I had paid the extra $200 a got a place on the lake. Also, some neighbors which looked to be locals were less than desireable. There is a sand and gravel pit not far away, but we only heard it a couple of times. I don't want to be too negative because it is a nice place and a good value. Also, owners were very customer friendly. It is a great area with lots to do. We generally were not in the house during the day.
