This three bedroom villa has recently been remodeled. It is very spacious and clean. The unit is on the ground floor with parking close and convenient. It has a feel of being somewhat secluded by being surrounded by trees and tucked away in the corner.
There are two queen beds in one bedroom, with an adjoining bathroom, two twins in one, and a king in the master with a master bath off of it. In the living room, there is a pull out sofa that will sleep two. Cable is available and a small radio in the kitchen as well as a TV in the living room and all of the bedrooms.
The location is a pleasant walk through the woods and by the lake to reach the pool that is more private than the beach front pool. If you want to enjoy the poolside restaurant, bar and band, you can walk over to the hotel. Also, you can enjoy the waterpark (for a fee). Restaurants and shopping surround this area of Myrtle Beach. Golfing is right in front of the entrance.

Why the Owner Chose West Hyde Park
We fell in love with Kingston Plantation after going there for a convention.It is a short drive for us and we love the convenience of the location, all the shopping, great resturants, and entertainment. There is never a chance to be bored. It is a great family facility which makes it a very popular vacation spot for everyone.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love all the shopping! My husband likes to play golf when we are away and we have our favorite resturants we visit everytime we are down here. Anywhere from seafood, Italian and a great hanburger joint. The best part for us is just hanging out on the beach.

This is the 2nd time my family has rented this particular condo. It's just a great spot for a family to go to. Short walk to the beach, pools, volleyball courts and very close to surrounding attractions. Staying in this condo never fails to meet our families expectations. My family and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an area to meet everyone's needs. You will not be disappointed and my family will definitely be using this condo for all of our future stays.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa after getting the refrigerator cleaned out, the laundry out of the dryer, and washed out the trash can in the kitchen that someone had put trash in with out a bag and had the place smelling.There was plenty of places to shop, which we got alot of our Christmas shopping done, and good places to eat.Bring your own washclothes if you have more than five in your group. Hope that you do not have allergies to dust because it could use a good dusting from top to bottom especially the vents in the bathroom, and whatnots etc.need to fix the blinds in the living room the middle one is missing and people can see in to the room.We had nice weather, lovely walks to the beach and around the gated community. Security was always around checking on things.The gentelman that we delt with reguarding the rental was very nice and helpful getting us setup for our trip. Thanks for allowing people to rent you villa.

Our family recently took a vacation to Myrtle Beach in August. We were so pleased with the villa. We were very hesitant at first because we've never purchased a vacation through Vrbo.com before. Like anyone, we had loads of questions that were always answered by the owners.The process of booking our vacation was very easy. After using this website to find a nice villa like this one we are pleased to say that we had a wonderful time and the villa was absolutely beautiful. Everything was just a short walking distance and you had everything you needed at the villa to make it as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay there. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone and our family will be returning as future guests.

What a wonderful location in Kingston Plantation. It is private and away from the other vacationers in the tall buildings. We love the lay out,too. So comftorble. We will be back.
