Located on the deep water canal, our home features a floating dock with easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, and is perfect for boating, kayaking or jet-skiing.
Beach lovers will find the public beach access just a quick walk near the end of the street.
Holden Beach is a South-facing island with clean, sandy beaches and a quiet family-oriented atmosphere. Eight miles of tranquil beach await you for shell seeking, sand castle creations, riding the waves, or just relaxing with family and friends. The island is the perfect place to enjoy biking, jogging, kayaking or the latest best seller.
Located between historic Wilmington, NC to the North, and the bustling entertainment of Myrtle Beach, SC to the South, these attractions are just 40 minutes away. Just over the bridge on the mainland are shops, restaurants, jet ski and kayak rentals, and a large grocery store.
Our home is a smoke free environment and no pets are allowed.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
JUNE, JULY, & AUGUST (7 night minimum, SAT to SAT) $1350/week.
MAY, SEPT, & OCT $175/night $1200/week.
NOV - APR. $150/night $1050/week.
3 night minimum for nightly rentals, linens not provided.
Weekly rates include departure cleaning and linens.
Additional $75 fee for departure cleaning required if rented less than full week.
Security deposit $250 required for all rentals.
Rental rates do not include occupancy and sales tax.

The house was spacious with many amenities for our family. The porch and deck were great for the kids to fish and for watching fireworks on the 4th. We will definitely return.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.
