Kitchen	Full Kitchen: Built-in oven, glass cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, maple cabinets, quartz countertops, Kitchen island with seating for 6. Cooking Utensils Provided: Full kitchen Refrigerator: Side by side with water and icemaker in the door Dishwasher Microwave: Full size Ice Maker
Outdoor Features	Balcony: Quaint balcony overlooking grounds and live oaks.
Communications	Broadband Internet: Hi-speed internet via cable modem
Other Amenities	Unit is nestled in a park like setting among live oaks and wildlife, Unit is closest to the beach (125 yards), has 2 Tennis Courts and Pool. This unit was gutted in 2005 and remodeled with maple cabinets, quartz countertops. It now has a kitchen island that seats 6, glass cooktop with stainless steel vent hood, real hardwood floors, tile, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans in every room, Kohler fixtures, granite countertops in both bathrooms. Complex has playground and pool. HVAC was fully replaced two years ago.
Suitability	No Pets Allowed: We do NOT allow pets. Owner's child is highly asthmatic. Kid Friendly: Playground on site, some kids toys and beach toys in unit. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must be 25 years or older to rent. NO EXCEPTIONS Smoking Not Allowed: This unit is perfect for anyone with a respiratory ailments. This unit has only hardwood floors and tile. We use quality air filters for the HVAC unit and an impeccable cleaning service. Smoking is not allowed as owner's child has asthma.
