- Unit is nestled in a park like setting among live oaks and wildlife, Unit is closest to the beach (125 yards), has 2 Tennis Courts and Pool. This unit was gutted in 2005 and remodeled with maple cabinets, quartz countertops. It now has a kitchen island that seats 6, glass cooktop with stainless steel vent hood, real hardwood floors, tile, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans in every room, Kohler fixtures, granite countertops in both bathrooms. Complex has playground and pool. HVAC was fully replaced two years ago.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
This unit is located in the closest building in the complex to the beach. The condo complex is midway on the island, just south of Slider's and the Dairy Queen. There is no public parking at this beach access so the beach is uncrowded. The complex has a pool situated next to a tidal lagoon with fish, turtles, and various bird life that inhabits the island. There are two tennis courts are recently resurfaced at sit right beside the pool and lagoon. This condo complex is known for it's beautiful landscaping. The units are all nestled amongst the live oaks.

My Month at the Beach

I had a wonderful time here! The condo was really nice and extremely clean! The beach access was convenient. Rob was very helpful. Everything was like you would expect from the listing. The complex was nice and everyone was friendly. We met several people at the pool. The pool and tennis courts were nice sized and clean. We went to Fort Clinch, played Putt Putt, and went sailing with Windward sailing. There were many things to do on Amelia Island. We tried several of the restaurants. Murray's Grill, Barbara Jeans, and The Surf were three favorites. My son liked the seafood at Sliders best, but loved the Crab Trap's hushpuppies. The sunrise walks on the beach were wonderful. My son and I found four sand dollars on a walk at the north end of the beach. I strongly recommend this condo or any others that Rob lists.

The condo was exactly as described. Great idea to put the YouTube video tour out there. The condo was so clean, comfortable and beautifully updated. We totally felt comfortable sitting on couches and chairs, walking barefoot and sleeping in the beds. The bathrooms and kitchen were so clean and had every amenity we could ever need - great attention to details throughout! Great location and the grounds are just beautiful with all of the trees. Mr. Jameson is so prompt, courteous, professional and super easy to work with. With all you get for such a great price, you truly feel like it's too good to be true - but it is! Thank you for a terrific place to spend our week vacation! The Claytor family

"Wow, Rob and Beth really did it right. This condo is totally updated and the kitchen is nicer than my full time residence. They have everything we needed and all in great working order, and the decor was fresh, clean and modern. Everything promised was delivered and the owners were great to deal with and made the arrangement simple. The walk to the beach was much less than expected and our kids made the trek without a peep, the beach was away from all the large condo and hotel buildings so we prety much had the beach to ourselves. We love the shady live oaks all arround the complex,and the pool and buildings are well maintained; it really had that old Florida feel. Amelia Island was wonderful, Fort Clinch was a step back in time and downtown Fernandina Beach is so quaint. Shrimp Festival was a blast, the merchants are very friendly and we picked up som beautiful art for our collection. Such a nice change from the crowded tourist trap beaches of the panhandle and south Florida. We wouldn't think of going anywhere esle. "
