20 x 60 Foot Pool! Largest Residential Pool in Area! - Dune Allen Beach Rental For the Beach Lover: This property is located in the heart of Dune Allen in Santa Rosa Beach. The Gulf Coast of Florida has some of the BEST and most BEAUTIFUL beaches in the U.S. and the beaches of South Walton have the best of all of them! The water is tropical and the sand is the whitest there is (99% quartz). All sorts of water activities can be found within 15 miles. You can walk to the beach (about 10 minutes), drive to the beach (<2 minutes), or bike to the beach (<5 minutes). For the Golf Lover: Santa Rosa Golf Club is located a stones-throw from the Carriage House. This is the closest house to the No. 1 golf tee. Also close by is Sandestin Resort, which holds a senior PGA tournament "Boeing Classic" every year (home of the famous Raven golf course). We have some excellent golf courses very close by. Sleeping Arrangements: There is a couch that can accommodate a younger child. There is plenty of room for you to put up a blow-up bed in the apartment. We love kids, (we have 2), so please put up any breakables you think might be a problem while you are staying with us. This is a brand new listing and we look forward to our adventure with VRBO-meeting new people and sharing the love we have for where we live!
