This modern four bedroom home is as close to the lake as you can possibly get! With grand sweeping views of Lake Megunticook, the house features a large deck facing the lake and a swimming/sunbathing dock just a few steps from the back door. A mile long private lake road leads down to the house.
The upstairs bedrooms each have comfortable queen-sized beds and share a master bathroom. The second master has a pull out couch for additional sleeping or a child. The living room, large kitchen, powder room and sunny breakfast room are on the main floor. The large deck with grill and patio furniture are accessed from the main floor. Two additional bedrooms are downstairs (lake level) and each has two twin beds. The downstairs bedrooms share another full bathroom. The home is fully outfitted with kitchen supplies, new linens, washer and dryer, stereo, cable TV, DVD and internet.
As beautiful and comfortable as the house is, the real draw is the lake! We're located at one of the widest parts of breathtaking Lake Megunticook. The grounds are expansive with plenty of adventure available for children, adults and dogs! The property is in Lincolnville which is just a few miles from Camden and about 20 minutes from Belfast. With towns such as Camden, Rockport, Rockland, Port Clyde, Searsport, Belfast and many more to explore... this home is the perfect spot from which to enjoy the Maine coast. Or, you can enjoy as we do, and rarely leave the lake.

- There is a large dock for swimming, sunbathing and boating just steps from the house. It is very easy to rent a motor boat for your stay so can waterski and explore the lake
