  We really enjoyed our stay here for the last 2 weeks while vacationing in the Rotonda-Englewood area. The house is clean and very comfortable. The pool and outside patio area are awesome! We golfed at several area golf courses. Nice beaches on Gasparilla Island and Manasota Key are only a 20 minute drive from here. We enjoyed dinners at Farlows on the Water and the Pig'n Whistle. Pizza from Mama's Italian restaurant was fantastic!

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  This was our second stay at this property and again everything was very nice. It is a very well equiped villa and the setting is perfect. Solar heated pool was a toasty 88 most days and if you prefer the beach there are several to choose from a 15 minute drive away.

  Nice, clean house with all the amenities in a great Rotunda neighborhood. Beaches of Boca Grande are close by. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  My husband and I spent the month of February 2011 here. The home is very comfortable, extremely clean and well equiped. The solar-heated pool got up to a nice 88 degrees! We will definitely be back.

  Hi Chris, Ralph and I are home again after a great vacation, the weather was fine for golfers. We really enjoyed your house, found it wonderfully stocked with everything we needed. We had our friends over four or five evenings for dinner after golf and it was a very pleasant to have such a nice private back lanai for enteraining. Our son Ben and his wife from Toronto visited with us for 4 nights in late March, they are training for their 3rd Ironman and found lots of places to run and bike. Best Wishes for a great summer!
