This spacious home is located on a quiet canal nestled in a friendly neighborhood on the island. It will house three to six people comfortably and provides a wide variety of Florida activities close-by.
The bedrooms include a master suite, complete with a walk-in closet and bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. The other two bedrooms include a queen size bed in one, and two twin beds in the other, with an additional full bath. There is no need to worry about linens or towels, all of that is provided. Also, a washer and dryer are available for use at the house.
The living room has a nice entertainment center, with TV, DVD and VCR. The kitchen has all the equipment needed for cooking a nice meal in. The grocery is only a mile down the road!
The balcony looks over the heated pool and hot tub and can be accessed from both the master bedroom and the living room.
The pool and hot tub are in a screened-enclosure, so bugs will not be an issue!
Home is located on a canal with direct access to the gulf and several restaurants. Boats can be rented from local marinas if you don't bring your own. An 8000 pound lift is available for use.
There is a great movie theatre and restaurant at the end of the street, and the beach just a short walk away. The Island has a wide variety of shops and activities to offer, including a public golf course.
There are also a couple of great state parks within a few minutes drive where a myriad wildlife can be seen, and seashells collected!
