A beautiful new county park with a beach, bar-b-que and pic-nic tables is just 4 lots away as well as the pristine wilderness beach of Young State park at the end of our pedestrian friendly street just a 1/4 mile away.Kayaking and Bicycling are big here,as well as Hiking thru Young State Park ,Boating, golf, fishing and beautiful beach's.Ideally situated between lake charlevoix and Young state park just a mile from Boyne City. 5 minute drive to Boyne mountain with Zip lines and Avalanche bay waterpark.
