Unit 204 allows you and your family to sleep comfortably! This two bedroom, two bathroom, and bonus bunkroom unit has everything you need! Cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen or enjoy the varity of restaurants just steps away. With spectacular views of the gulf from your private balcony, who could ask for anything more? Just bring your beach towels and sunscreen and head to the beach.
You can walk down the beach to the Boardwalk for ice cream, shopping, dinner or fish from the Pier. The Gulfarium is also here for the little ones. Stop next door at the Ramada Inn for a cold refreshing drink at the Tiki beach bar.
There are many other popular locations close by for your enjoyment. The Emerald Coast Convention Center, Golf Courses, The Fishing Pier, Sasquatch Wildlife Park, US Air Force Armament Museum, the Gulfarium, mini golf, deep sea fishing, charter fishing, parasailing and jet skis are just a few of the attractions at your reach.

There is a 3-night minimum stay!
Only weekly rentals during Spring Break, Summer and Peak Summer Season. During this time CHECK IN is after 4:00 p.m. on Saturday and CHECK OUT is no later that 10:00 a.m on Saturday (rental weeks are Saturday to Saturday)
Cleaning fee is $105.00 per unit and Florida taxes are 11% which need to be added to the rental rates listed.

Purchased at Destin West Beach & Bay Resort after searching many areas in the state of Florida. We fell in love with the resort for it's amenities and beaches. There is something to do for all ages without getting in the car to drive. We love our quiet relaxing vacation getaway.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Destin West Gulfside has the largest pool you will find in the whole Destin area. Our bayside has a 700' lazy river for our guests to enjoy. We have a kiddie"splash lagoon" to cool off in on those hot tropical days. We have waverunner rental, kayaks and water bikes just in front of our resort. Right next store is Ramada Inn for a cold drink or quick bite to eat. We are also in walking distance to the boardwalk and the Fishing Pier. Miniture golf is right across the street. So many things to do or not do during your family vacation.

The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We all felt right at home as soon as we arrived. We were able to check in a little earlier than we intended and were able to get on with our vacation. It was great to have everything provided for us in the condo with the exception of towels and laundry detergent. There are so many different kind of pools so you don't get bored with any of them. My favorite was the lazy river as well as the kiddy park for my nephews. Also the view of the ocean is just incredible. This was by far one of the best vacations that I have ever been on. I will definitely recommend this condo to all of my friends and family.
Owner response:Destin West Beach & Bay Resort has something to offer for all ages. We have several pools along with the #1 rated beach picked by USA Today readers for the 6th year in a row. We do provide linens and towels for the guests to use in the unit. We do not provide beach towels. We do have beach chairs and an umbrealla for your use during your stay. Bring your family and friends and rent one or all three of our second floor units. Your family will love all our amenities plus you will have a great view of the "Emerald Coast" from you private balcony.

We have stayed here twice this summer and found the room to be great. Location is perfect being at the end of the pool so you don't have any notice late at night. Room mgmt is responsive if something is an issue, including evening phone calls when you child locks the bathroom door. HaHa. I plan to return next summer and many more. Kids love the beach and pool.

Thank you and your family for opening up your home to us. This was the first vacation we had been able to do in 3 yers and what a time. It has been beautiful and peaceful at the condo and the beach. We have been like kids again not knowing what to do next. We got a lot of relaxation and wave watching and already look forward to coming back

Thank you so much for the use of your condo-beautiful! We had a great time playing in the Fudpuckers volleyball tournament and lounging around at the beach. This turned out to be the perfect vacation for two volleyball players and a one year old. We will be back next year. Thank you again.

Thank you for the conviences. We especially enjoyed the use of the beach umbrella and chairs-easy set up and saved us some money. Destin West is great and very clean. All of Destin and Fort Walton has a lot of things to do. Unfortunely the ocean had "June Grass" the entire week we were there. Yuk! But we had fun anyway! June 20-27, 2009

We had a fabulous time at Destin West. We've been several times in the past but this was our first time in this unit. The condo was perfect - well stocked, clean, and a great location. Ms. Lorman was very attentive to us and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our trip and had everything we needed - even taking care of a problem for us that wasn't her responsibility. Thank you, Thank you!! We'll definitely be back.

I especially enjoy the exercise room it is very nice. The whole facility is very clean & the landscaping is beautiful. More especailly unit 204 was exceptional, we could tell you take great pride in your condo, you have wonderful taste in decorating. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation. Our only complaint was our vaction wasn't long enough!
