Why the Owner Chose Belltown
We purchased this unit shortly after the purchase of two other units in this building (Belltown Court). We knew the basics of the unit but did not actually see it prior to buying it but had to act fast due to multiple offers. We knew we'd be redesigning the interior and we knew we wanted another vacation rental in this building so we went for it. This unit is nice as it is on the same level as the pool, hot tub, garden courtyard and workout facility.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
When we stay at the condo we love how everything is so close by. Starbucks, Macrina Bakery, restaurants and clubs. We walk everywhere and love to go to Pike Place Market. Even though we've lived in Seattle for 20 plus years we still like to enjoy all the attractions as if we are tourists! Seattle is beautiful!
Owner's Map of Belltown
I am a real estate professional and have lived in the building and know it is the best building in Belltown! This is why my husband and I have invested in the units and Emerald City Suites. When you look at the pictures you can see that we have paid close attention to detail and we try to accomodate all our guests needs. The building is most central in the Belltown Area and is one of the only that I know of with an indoor pool.

Hi. We stayed at this condo for 6 days. Overall, it was a great experience. The location is amazing and so is the condo. We were close to so many restaurants, pike place, space needle and downtown. The free parking was great. We also used the gym and pool a lot which was also nice. The condo itself was very clean and we had many things in the condo. The TV is great and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully staffed with dishes and everything you need. We had few issues which we emailed the owner and she was very responsive and nice about it. I would very much recommend this to anyone who wants a great condo in a great location. Mike

Our visit was fantastic, thanks to the comfort and luxury of this condo! This condo is super clean and it takes alot to please me in the clean dept. The bed was so comfortable. The amenities were great (furnishings, entertainment tv setup, wireless internet, etc)! We walked everywhere (Pike St Mkt, Space Needle, Pacific Science Museum, Ride the Duck Tours, etc). The city is bustling, so there was a little noise from people and cars passing at night; but the comfort of the bed made up for it. We slept very well. I would definitely recommend this unit. And very important to us...the owner was super nice and accomodating!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it worked out perfectly. Though we chose to do a bit of driving, the location was great and we could have walked more, if we'd been in the mood. We used the pool and hot tub, and were the only people in there. It was perfect for the 3 of us, with each of us getting our own bed (or futon). A previous reviewer mentions the noise, but it didn't seem excessive to me, and certainly didn't keep me awake! It was a great place to stay, and we'll definitely be back someday!

This condo is a perfect location. We walked everywhere- to Pike's Place Market, downtown shopping and the Sculpture Garden on the waterfront. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We definitely recommend Zoe's and the Macrina Bakery. We used the pool, hot tub and excercise room many times. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! The only negative was that it faces the street and is quite noisy. There are many bars nearby and we found the noise on the weekend was quite loud at times.
Owner response:We do have additional units in the building that have other outlooks, and tend to be a bit more quiet, but still you are in the city so expect people to be out and about.
Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My stay at your lovely condo was absolutely PERFECT! The listing was very accurate. The condo was a great alternative to a hotel room and made the stay a lot more enjoyable. The furnishings were perfect for the size and space. The owners have added all the things needed for a great home away from home experience. The place was very clean and the building and beautiful courtyard area was well maintained. The access to the private parking garage was much appreciated! I was definitely consider rebooking on future visits to Seattle! The only suggestion that I would lend would be to add doors to the bedroom closet and laundry room areas. I HIGHLY recommend the Macrina Bakery next door. The pasteries and other lunch or breakfast options are a MUST!
