If you are looking for a great place to relax and vacation, consider our beautifully remodeled beach home located in Oceanside Village, a gated community in Surfside Beach.
Our home is located directly on one of the five stocked fishing lakes so don't forget to bring your pole, and we are only a five minute walk to the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and fully stocked cabinets for all your cooking needs. Connected to the kitchen is a large dining area.
There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds with the bottom bed being a queen. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, and the sofa in the living room also lets out into a queen size bed. Each bedroom has a color TV with cable. There are two baths. In the master bath is where the full size washer and dryer are located. Off of the living room, we have a large screened in porch that over looks the lake.
There is a indoor heated pool that is open year round, and a outdoor pool open in the summer months. Both have kiddie pools for the little ones. There is tennis courts, a children's playground, and softball field for the guest enjoyment. OSV also provides 24 hour security for all the guest.
We require that you be at least 21 years of age to rent. You will need to furnish your own towels and linens, and we ask that there be NO SMOKING inside the home. Please no pets. Golf cart rentals are available within OSV for you convenience.
