  The resort was great and very beautiful. Pool and dock area was gret. The unit was not the greatest. Carpet was very dirty and the repair of repairs of the bath was very tacky. The worst weas the beds. Like sleeping on a board. sore back and stiff neck. Hard to get ANY SLEEP AT ALL we ended up sleeping on the couch and chairs for 3 nights. PLEASE REPLACE THE BEDS!!!!!!!

  We had a great time and saved money. We anchored our kayak right off the back. The villa was in great condition and wonderfully clean. I highly recommend this rental if you love the villas but want to save some cash for fun things like um, eating!

  I was thrilled about all of the money that I saved by renting this villa! Everthing was better than advertised. The villa was awesome with a great view of Tom's Harbor. Vacationeers included Mom, Dad, & 3 teenage girls. The villa was awesome with a great view of Tom's Harbor. We had full access to the Hawk's Cay Resort. We hung out at the main pool & the lagoon. The girls liked the activities at the Indies Club and they enjoyed exploring Duck Key. At night, we hung out at the fire pit at the main pool. It was also nice to get something cold from the ice cream shop at the dock. We shopped for groceries in Marathon and ate in most of the time. We made a day trip to Key West - 1 hour away - and enjoyed the attractions at Mallory Square and on Duval St. Theater of the Sea in Islamorada is recommended. Also, I played a par-3 golf course at Key Colony. Everyone had a wonderful time and we can't wait to visit again! RW *FYI- You cannot buy food/drink at the pool or the Beach Grill - the resort "charges" the rooms.

  We truly enjoyed our stay at Hawk's Cay Villa. The condo was clean and comfortable. The quiet pool was actually a very large pool of varying shapes and depths that was warm and well maintained. The pool side furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed soaking up the sun. Located in the center of the Keys, Duck Kay offered some fantastic choices for restaurants and the views forom everywhere you went were terrific. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.
