Unit 701 at the Wonderful 9th Street Town Homes.

Newer 2 bedroom, 2 bath town home with 1 car garage. We offer a most wonderful decor, huge 52 inch TV in the living room as well as a television in each room. We offer king size beds in each room and a sofa sleeper in the living area. Just out the back door is our community pool. Come relax at our Island get away. You will not be disappointed.

We do offer a full size washer and dryer and our property is only a few minutes drive to the beach at Mustang Island.

Our home will only sleep 6 people, there is only room for 3 vehicles, no smoking, no pets and no RV's allowed.
