  I just completed a 6 wk stay at this wonderful condo, recovering from surgery and had several visitors during that time. we found the condo very confortable, ideally located within Paradise Valley, very close to good shopping and entertainment, backs up to a golf course, has a nice pool and a gym. The community is quiet, safe, gated. i would recommend this condo and plan to use it myself in the future as well. The owner Mark was very helpful and nice. The condo did not lack anything at all, it was just perfect. There is underground parking to keep your car cool and safe, there is an elevator, and there is a private patio which was nice in the mornings and afternoon while relaxing at home.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We used this condo for 3 weeks and found it to be very convenient and comfortable. The underground parking was a real plus for us.

  We came from CO to visit friends and family and to do some shopping. The condo was lovely.Spacious well appointed and very clean. Would definetly stay here again. Mark called to make sure that everything was ok. That was nice.

  We came back home for our vacation and being from the Valley this was in a prime spot! It is close to everything and is easy access to Scottsdale, East Valley or driving up to Sedona for the day. It was great to be able to have family and friends over and entertain in style. Would definitely stay there again

  Having travelled from Edinburgh,Scotland, we found this property to be very well equiped. It was clean and well maintained, close to shops, malls, restaurantsand many other acitivites for us and easy reach of some superb golf courses. the swimming pool was a one minute walk from the condo and was first class. I would have no hesitation in recomending this property to friend here in Scotland. We found Mark the owner very helpful and first class to deal with. Hope to return soon Kerry and Caroline

  Mark, thank you, your place was wonderful and very comfortable! A perfect place to stay for a family vacation full of relaxation and fun. The ADDERRA community is beautiful not to forget conveniently located AND everyone we encountered in the ADDERRA community were so nice and friendly. My husband and I as well as our two children enjoyed every minute there and we hope to return soon!

  My friend and I just stayed in this condo (May 2008). It was lovely! The condo is quiet, clean and new. It is in a perfect location, close to all amenities such as shopping and restaurants and has great access to major highways. The pool is very nice. Mark was very helpful and left a lot of very useful information. It was also great having access to a computer. If we return to the Phoenix area we will definitely keep this condo high on our list of places to stay.

  We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Was quick access to the freeway for the guys to go to PIR and very close for us girls to walk to shopping. And the pool was and hot tub were great. The condo was very nicely supplied with things we would had to buy. Thanks Mark :o)

  We came to AZ from CO for sun and relaxation and got plenty of both. Great condo, very spacious and well appointed, comfortable beds. Easy access to the wonderful pool and fitness center. Close to several stores and restaurants. Thanks Mark!
