Year Purchased: 2007

I am a retired Police Officer who enjoys the outdoors. I love to come to my vacation property to relax, play golf, hike or visit any one of the vacaton spots nearby.

Why the Owner Chose Paradise Valley

This property is centrally Located in the heart of Scottsdale/Paradise Valley area. Numerous shopping is within walking distance, and is centrally located to ALL recreational activities.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium

The property has a master bedroom qith a queen bed and a second bedroom that can accomodate 4 adults. We recently have purchased an inflatable queen bed that can be moved to any portion of the property. A full set of bedding is furnished.

The ADDERRA community is beautiful not to forget conveniently located AND everyone we encountered in the ADDERRA community were so nice and friendly. My husband and I as well as our two children enjoyed every minute there and we hope to return soon!

    • My friend and I just stayed in this condo (May 2008). It was lovely! The condo is quiet, clean and new. It is in a perfect location, close to all amenities such as shopping and restaurants and has great access to major highways. The pool is very nice. Mark was very helpful and left a lot of very useful information. It was also great having access to a computer. If we return to the Phoenix area we will definitely keep this condo high on our list of places to stay.
