  Our family really enjoyed this house. From the location, to the cleanliness and the set-up. The location was super convenient to dining options at night and being centrally located on the Island to explore north, south or west!! Sunsets are beautiful and the pool was so refreshing after our morning walks. Most important to me was the cleanliness of the house and with the layout it was easy to keep clean. The beds were comfy and they had all the necessary appliances etc in the kitchen to either cook dinners or bring home take out. The Property Manager Kristine was very easy to work with as well. We would easily rent this again on our next visit. The value was 5 stars for sure - no where else could you have a full kitchen, outdoor grill and patio with pool, washer/ dryer, ample dining space indoors, nice living space for family game, and nice bedrooms for all to retreat to at the end of the day for the price!!

  We stayed in this beautiful home from april 11 - 27th 2012. This home has everything one needs to enjoy their stay on the big island, a fantastic large kitchen, three lovely rooms, larage dining table and nice living room, big clean and well maintained pool with a nice view of the ocean, and a very large private yard. Kristine (the property manager) was wonderful and answered all our questions. The home was nicer than the photos showed. The area the home was in was quiet and very well maintained Downtown Kona was just a few minutes drive away, and all amenities and activites were all done out of Kona so the location was perfect! Our twenty something kids liked humfreys at night for live music, huggos and Don, the beachcomer were fantastic restaurants. One thing we all did and it was awsome, was a night snorkel with Manta Rays, go see Sarah Craig at the tourist information booth just past the flea market in kona and on the same side of the road as the Kona inn and restaurant (also a very good spot to eat), if you dont do anything else during your stay ITS A MUST. We travelled the whole island, from Kona to Hawi, across the saddle road to hilo, and all up and down both sides of the coast along hwy 19, the black sand turtle beach, the green sand beach, two step for snorkeling(and its free). The Big Island is so diverse! Enjoy everyone:)

  First, I want to state, the pictures posted does not do the house any justice. When we arrived, I had to double check the info because I thought I was in the wrong house. But I recognized the couch and realized that we were at the correct home. The house is very comfortable and spacious. Kristine left us notes to give us the layout of the house. We called her a few times for information and she was very helpful and nice. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The pool was very clean and large. The house was also very clean, comfortable and spacious. We were amazed on how comfortable the house was. The beaches and tide pools were just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again. I would like to state again... The pictures are good but the house is so much better.

  We would like to take this time to express our thanks and appreciation for all that you did for our family during our vacation to the Big Island. The home and accommodations were everything we had hoped they would be, and more. From the first moment we walked in the door until the time we left it was truly like a home away from home. We fully appreciated the safe and quiet neighbourhood where the home is located, the proximity to all amenities and the personal attention you provided us. We all had an amazing time; and this will not be a vacation easily or soon forgotten. We enjoyed the fruit basket left by Kristine when we arrived it was a very nice touch!

  We came from another area in Hawai'i to attend a concert at the Hilton Waikoloa. It was lovely that Kristine (Property Mgr.) actually had the rare opportunity to meet us there at the house, she's a doll and most accommodating. Every room was professionally cleaned and sparkly. The location was beautiful with a nice ocean view in a quiet, secure neighborhood with lovely privacy landscaping. We had everything we needed as the home is well equipped for a short or long stay. You're close enough to Kona to walk or a short drive to either Keauhou, Waikaloa or Kohala Coast. The home is very centrally located and near several excellent restaurants. Pictures really do not do this home justice, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. I would definitely recommend this home for your vacation or get away. Mahalo again, Kristine! We shall return-Aloha

  We just returned from 10 days at this home (April 2011) and everything was just great. Our two favorite things...the pool and the Beautyrest World Class mattress in the master bedroom! Everything is as stated in the description. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer to use. Privacy was a big issue for us and this home definitely provided that...a very large lot surrounded by foliage. The pool was well maintained as was the house itself. In speaking with the pool man, he told us that Kristine is top notch management and keeps up on all of the homes she manages. He does many homes in that neighborhood, but had the highest marks for this management company in particular. We loved that the location was so nice, high enough on the hill for great views of the ocean but yet just two miles to downtown Kona. We appreciated the quiet of being in a gated community. I would highly recommend this home for singles or families with children. Kids would love that large yard and the pool. We definitely would return again to this home. Thank you to the owners and to Kristine for a wonderful time!

  We stayed 5 nights in this nice, large, clean home. With just 2 couples, we had space to spread out with lots of privacy as the master bedroom is on the opposite end of the house from the guest bedrooms. Would be great for a large family with kids. The backyard with pool is very private with ocean sunset views. Home is located far enough away from the edge of the gated subdivision that there aren't busy roads close to property. We chose the central air AC option and had the windows closed at night, very quiet for sleeping. Large driveway with ample parking, and space for one car in the garage. Plenty of nice beach towels, coolers, & beach umbrellas. Overall, this house meet expectations and the listing accurately describes the property. Manager is very helpful. Kitchen is well stocked with basic dishes, a blender and a coffee maker. Bring your own coffee bean grinder or pre-ground coffee. Bring your own alarm clocks. All towels need to be washed and dried before checkout or there will be a laundry fee assesed, difficult for early morning flight departures, we had to take showers early the night before checkout to allow time to wash and dry bath & kitchen towels before bedtime.

  We stayed at this rental in January 2008, then booked it again in January 2009. The neighborhood is wonderful, the location is great and the house was perfect. We have 3 small children and the house met every need we had. The yard is exceptionally large and we enjoyed the space both in the day and night. The management of the rental was excellent. I would not hesitate recommending this house to anyone!

  This home was fantastic!! My disabled father, my mother, my family and my sister visited with my 3 kids and had the best vacation of our lives. The home has everything imaginable, even sand toys and floaties for the pool. In addition, the owner made every accommodation for my family. We will DEFINITLY be back again! Plus, close to town and central to tons of great things to do. LOVED IT!!

  We stayed here in early March and it was a great house. We have 2 children and they loved the pool and their own rooms. Location is fantastic and easy to get to everything from here. Have only been back a few weeks and our kids want to know when we can stay there again. Clean and well equipped. In a beautiful neighborhood that is quiet and well kept. Well worth it to have the privacy and room that you don't get in a condo or hotel.
