This beautiful 2400 square foot lakeside home allows stunning views of beautiful Cherry Lake from any of five rooms. There is a large deck as well as an even larger patio overlooking the lake for relaxing and barbecuing. The best feature of the home may be the private sandy beach. The gentle slope allows for children of all ages to spend hours frolicking in the crystal clear water. The private boat dock allows access for water sports fishing and swimming. Bring your boat or personal water craft for a full day on the water. A 16-foot canoe is also provided for your pleasure.
The home has central heat and air. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans. The master has a king sized bed, futon that converts to a bed, as well as its own private bath and separate dressing area. The second bedroom has a stand-alone queen bed as well as queen bunk beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds.
The recently upgraded kitchen allows an awesome view of the lake. It has granite countertops as well as brand new appliances including dishwasher and microwave. The family room and living room are separated by the kitchen allowing for the children and adults to have their own "space" at night. Both rooms have a 46-inch big screen TV with cable TV provided. The downstairs recreation room has a pool table, air hockey game and dart board for rainy day and evening entertainment.
