Twelve Summers and Counting!

Our family has stayed in this house for two weeks each summer for twelve years, and it's been perfect every time. This house is beautiful, fully equipped, and exquisitely maintained. You'd swear that it had just been redone, and that you are the first tenants ever. Wonderful place, even better memories.

We just returned from our two week family and friends vacation. The location was perfect. The beach was uncrowded and super clean. The house is beautifully decorated with all sort of amenities. Thank you Pam for making our first trip to Topsail so wonderful!

Pam, I had to think long and hard about writing this review. I really didn't want to give away the secret of staying at your place for Thanksgiving. How could you be any more thankful than pulling a turkey out of the oven and having your family sitting around the beautiful table with the incredible views. (I probably could have burned it and it would have been okay) I think anytime you are at "Dolphin View" is a holiday. Be thankful if you are blessed enough to stay here. Thanks again for letting our babies TK and Ollie join us, they love the beach too!

I would highly recommend this house! Everything the listing said about it was completely accurate and there were even some extras that were very appreciated. And the house was sooo clean! We had a great time watching for dolphins and grilling the fantastic fresh fish from the market. The best red snapper I have had in a long time. Even the rainy day we had didn't detract from the great time we had. We will be back next year!

WOW!!! This is the best beach house ever! What a relaxing place. We searched from Key West all of the way to North Carolina. We are so thankful that "Dolphin View" is the place we found. The sharks teeth were so much fun to search for, along with the sea glass. Pam you are the greatest! We can't wait until we can stay at your place again. Your taste in decor is incredible. When my family and I were looking for a guest house near the ocean we came upon Dolphin View. The owner (Pam) is excellent to work with. The house is wonderful. We truly consider it a home away from home. It met all our expectations! This marks our second year staying at Dolphin View and we have already reserved our week for 2009. I already look forward to that time.

I stayed at the Dolphin View in August (08). It was absolutely the best house on the beach. The beach access is about four steps from the driveway. There is an outside shower that makes life so much easier. Especially because the water can be a bit salty, so youre not too far to go and rinse off quick. The house itself is sooo cozy but big enough to get some alone time if you need it. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, and now even has a coffee grinder because I left mine. The beds are super comfy. The view is spectacular! Look for the dolphins in the morning as they follow the shrimp boats. The owner is a wonderful and genuine. I will definitely be back to the dolphin view! Thanks Pam!!!!!

This was by far the nicest home we've stayed in at Topsail. We've been coming to this area for many years but this year was perfect. We will definitely be back to this house.
