Hale 'O Kuawa is a spacious, yet cozy, one bedroom apartment hideaway for the budget minded traveler. The vacation rental sits on the edge of the Kilauea River Valley with beautiful garden, valley and mountain views. The apartment is 650 square feet with a private entrance. The lanai, living room and bedroom face the Kilauea River Valley with a beautiful sunrise view to the east.
The Living Room is fully furnished. All rooms have ceiling fans. The Kitchen is fully equipped with the exception of a full size cooktop/oven unit. The Bedroom features a king size bed and a small safe for your passports and valuables. The Bathroom is complete with a full size tub/shower.

Why the Owner Chose Kilauea
We love Kilauea. We have called it home for 25 years. It is located on the beautiful North Shore, yet not so far away from the other parts of the island that it feels restrictive. We love it's small town, rural atmosphere.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
Many of our guests have commented that they felt like they were at home, away from home. They expecially love the view, which seems to change often with the time of day and weather. It is something we still enjoy after all these years. And of course, we love the North Shore beaches, beaches and more beaches. It's pretty hard to beat.
